I liked the old interface (Snow Leopard versions) much better, but eventually I got used ito what it is now... grudgingly. It's not great, but it's familiar. Few problems on Mac, though I used to have it on my PC at work and yeah, it was pretty buggy, bloated and slow. Every time I get frustrated w/ iTunes, and it certainly has problems, I use Media Player or Groove or whatever on PC and I'm reminded that it could be worse...
