  1. You actually think there is nobody trying to play online???????????
  2. I put the SD card into my computer, and the data in there is all crazy. You will probably need some tools to be able to open the files from a PC. The files and folders do not make it obvious what is on the card.
  3. Last night I was actully able to play online with 2 other people. It was a little laggy, but then it seemed to improve. for the missing 3rd person, it threw a bot in the mix. I came in second, only because some jerk got a Star Fox Final Smash and started dominating.... I would like to know who is human though, when I'm fighting.
  4. I would imagine so... You could probably copy the data off the SD card to a pc, and then send it to someone. The recipient would load the data from the PC to the SD card and then inserts the SD card into the Wii and load it in-game. I could test it, if you send me the level.
  5. LOL, the 360 problems were a design defect... not a manufacturing problem. So is a blinking NES. Which Nintendo actually acknowledged and fixed back in the day, even after the warranty expired. MS pretends their defects don't exist and that it's only Sony fanboys making it up on blogs. Microsoft could learn a LOT from Nintendo's customer service model. MS may make great games and software, but their hardware is shit. I wouldn't go so far as to say great software, but.... And I would agree with you. Also, Nintendo's revision of the NES (top loader) cured the issue, whereas Microsoft's revisions did not. XBlocks are just as unreliable as ever. I would be scared to purchase one.

  7. I hate how they are trying to shelter us off from the internet. If you connect your Wii to the internet, you probably already have a PC that connects to the pervert super highway. I doubt anyone would get internet just for the enthralling online game play of the Wii exclusively... There should be a parental option to shelter off the internet perverts.
  8. watch it there buddy, FFVIII is a fantastic game and the best of the series so far in my opinion. It's ok for you to bash things people like, but when you like something we should "watch it there, buddy?"
  9. No Idea. At least on Mario Kart DS, you could configure if you wanted Regional/World. You would think if it's the world, you would be able to connect with someone....
  10. I would get it somewhat soon if I were you... I've been playing it almost all day and having fun. Not like Nintendo ever drops the prices on their top-sellers anyway.. SSB: Melee is still $30 at the stores.
  11. I added you, Bydo Mine: 0817-3404-6387 It is dumb that you need yet another buddy code... Maybe it's an anti-piracy thing?
  12. Sweet, I'll add you a little later. weird that it's hard to connect with people....
  13. Does any one here have this game? Let's trade friend codes. ----------------------------------------------------------------- BydoEmpire: 0860-2900-2482 LarcenTyler: 0989-1474-4787 -Note: PM when added Single Tooth: 0817-3404-6387 Anyone try playing anonymously online? I could never connect to anyone. I wonder if Nintendo even has it ready to go. I would like to play online, but if you don't play anonymously, you need to enter friend codes. The codes are different from the actual Wii code, so Post em here. I'll put mine in when I access my Wii next.
  14. This is basically a Word document that has information for unlocking items in SSBB. I hate having to go from computer to Wii, to read how to unlock stuff, so I copied and pasted the text into a word document and did some formatting to it, since printing the web page would not work so well. This is for the lazy bastards like myself who usually are to lazy to do the formatting. It only took a couple minutes, but maybe someone could use it. Since I already did it, maybe you don't have to. I got this off of http://www.gamespot.com/wii/action/supersmashbros/hints.html I got mine 5 minutes before launch....... Oh Boy! Blockbuster had a midnight launch so I stopped there to get it. Walmart usually never even sells the games right at midnight around here for some reason. Enjoy. BRAWL.doc
  15. Read a little of your blog. That Decap Attack game is awesome. My cousin had that game, and we used to play it when I used to babysit him. He also had Awesome Possum. That game was not that awesome.
  16. some of the books you find at thrifts, goodwill, the salvation army, are actually fairly valuable. Book collectors are as odd a bunch as us video game collectors, plunking down some decent coin for say a first edition of James Joyce's Ulysses or something like that. I figured as much... I was just wondering what software he was running. I wonder if the software just told him what the value of the book is? I looked really efficient. He didn't even appear to look at the titles, just grabbing books and scanning them.
  17. Nothing good today, but I did see something interesting.... Some dude had a PDA with a barcode scanner and he was scanning all of the books. He placed a few in his cart while I was silently observing him. He must have some sort of database, but I wonder what criteria would cause him to either keep or reject the book... Can't say I've seen that technique before.
  18. YOYOYO, muthas!

    You know I be chillin.

That's a fine mustache you've got growing on.

  19. The classic has the little square plug that plugs to the wiimote, not the round connector of the GC console. So I don't think so. The Hori one looks really cool. Nathan Where did you get that? I want one now...
  20. That hori one is cool. Good for playing GBA games on the cube.
  21. No, it's true. If you buy the game, you are forced to take a satisfaction survey. Let's just say I'm one of the 68 percentile.
  22. I think I have the one for gamecube you are talking about... Its square ... It has kind of a plastic peice on the top with the gamecube logo. There is a zipper on it. Also has a shoulder strap. If this is the one I'm thinking of, the Gameboy player will not fit in it. It has just enough room for the Gamecube. I just recently tried it. I even tried to remove the GB player, and the bag would still not accomodate it.
