  1. Is there a reason you want the "stereo" sound? I dont really see how useful that is unless your making music on the atari or something like that. Otherwise, there are other sound mods that work fine, and are super simple. This site will show you how.
  2. I will always love you. BTW, what good is a modded Dreamcast?
  3. Haha. Im guessing rocking horse shit is hard to find. I have never found any, not to mention rocking horses don't shit.
  4. Sotheby's auctions in London is selling off Atari's marketing archives, chock full o vintage console gaming goodness. The lot is expected to go for $150K-$200K. http://www.sothebys.com/app/live/lot/LotDe...ot_id=159374916 Bugmenot fake logins

  7. I always wondered how hard it was to find ataris in europe. Are they kinda rare?
  8. 24 pins, 0.1 inch spacing. By the way, here's the pinout : Awesome. I wonder if THESE would work? Not sure how you crimp those pins... These connectors are pretty elusive... $5 is alot for that.
  9. What? What about Karateka? Hat trick? that basketball one with Larry Bird?
  10. Yeah, I would check the AC adapter. If AC adapter is correct, I think you got a bum deal.
  11. You don't need a ScatBox for this, an RGB cable and a TV with a SCART connector is enough (and much cheaper ). It's called a "card edge" connector (google it). The trouble is that the number of contacts Atari used is uncommon. Do you happen to know how many pins?
  12. Ok, I see. Kinda like shooting the dog in duck hunt when he laughs at you. Nothing really happens. I was hoping he would die, or do something cool.
  13. On the description page for Barnyard Blaster it says "On the plus side, individuals with a particular sense of humor might find it amusing to shoot "Gramps" in the head." What happens when you shoot gramps??? I don't have the game, or a light gun.
  14. In about 2001, I bought a lot of about 10 of them, all in boxes for about $20. I used 2, and resold the rest for 10-15 each. I have since sold my jaguar. The prices on these items sure jacked up!!! Kind of pisses me off, cuz i wanna buy a jag again. Im sure it wouldnt be hard to make one of these cables. Just finding out what the connector is called that plugs into the jaguar's a/v port is the hard part. If anyone knows what thats called, pm me!
  15. Been scouring the internets for a pinout for a 3do controller. Cant seem to find anything useful. Surly one of you gentlemen have the answer.
  16. It's pretty sad how people are only interested in shitty games like Custer's Revenge or Beat 'em and Eat 'em. Even sadder that people flog their enormous wad* for shitty games like Eli's Ladder. * of cash HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAH!!!! Oh man, that was good. :rolling: :rolling: :rolling: :rolling:
  17. Haha. I always used to stare at that cover and think about how cheap they did it. Just spray paint some toys silver and throw some missiles on them and take a pic.
  18. why arnt you gonna replace the circuit? They are fairly cheap.
  19. I really enjoy browsing ebay auctions, then having to hear some assholes voice blabbing away. That really makes me want to purchase their ridiculously overpriced "asswholesale" lot.
  20. Kinda interested in buying a Jag again. Looked on e-gay at some prices and they seemed quite high, since I last bought one. I did have several, but sold them cheap to the needy. What price can I expect to pay for just an unboxed system?
  21. Ill take that BF2.... I have one of those cassette and game files, They are nice.
  22. Here's what I do: Take a pencil eraser and rub the contacts until they are nice and shiny. Get a q-tip with rubbing alchol on it and rub the contact Dry off contact re-assemble. You can test the circuit by bridging the button contacts with a piece of metal, simulating a pressed button.
