    So all of you who hate unions for destroying the company that made Twinkies want to support the companies' rights to pay shitty wages with no benefits whatsoever? I hope you get to enjoy that kind of world if the CEOs had their way and abolished all unions.

      To those who keep saying "there are laws now, we don't need unions" how do you think those laws go there? Divine intervention? Laws can very easily be repealed depending on who is in charge. In every state and on the federal level, there are legislators who want to give MORE power to corporations, and that means taking power away from you.

    Watching Spider-Man 3 on TV. Definitely my least favorite of the four made. Still think it would have been a good movie with a half hour cut out and ended with Eddie Brock transforming into venom. And no dance scenes

    OK - time to play devil's advocate. While I'm not blown away by iPhone 5, the "Apple is doomed" stuff starting to appear is silly. They will sell a bajillion of them. Just by virtue of strong brand+wide release+lots of 3GS/4 upgraders+exclusive apps. Such drama in the media!

      Why do people always talk about the new Iphone as if it's targeted to the people who just bought the last one? There are plenty of users of old Iphones ready to upgrade, and plenty of new users as well.
