  1. Sorry for not sending them to you yet. Do you know if gmail is capable of sending such big attachements? My current provider has a problem with it I think. I have a gmail account, else I could upload it to there, change the pass and share it with you until you've downloaded them. I don't use the account anyway so it's no problem for me.

  2. It's true. When I boot with those buttons I get to see the version AND I am in 60hz mode. How I know? My tv has some sort of line in the top of my screen when I play 60hz or NTSC games. And I have played many imports so I'm sure of it :). Cool thing!

  3. Alright alright, lame post indeed. I'm just overwhelmed how nice the music from T2K is on a good sound system and I was wondering if there are more games that go great with a nice sound system.

So, can no one answer my question because everyone is using mono or stereo sound from their tv?

  4. Man, my brother gave me a nice 2.1 sound system which has a lot of power. I played Tempest 2000 and man, that sound was whack! :D Everybody that owns a Jaguar MUST have a good sound setup, this is great!

Any other game that's wonderful at 2.1?

  5. thanks for the info, i'll have to look in to it. by the way can cart games be put on to cd? and are their any emulators or other homebrew apps for it?

    haydn

Cart games can be put on to a cd, but won't be of any use. It depends on how the game is programmed and when the programmer has chosen to use carts, it's a no go. Also, the Jaguar only has 2mb of ram and most cart games are 4mb.

There are emulators for the PC, Alien vs Predator can be run perfectly on it. For the Jaguar there is no emulator I am aware of. Just recently some source code for a 2600 emulator on the Jaguar was released. Maybe that'll turn out into something.

  6. To Htbaa:  Heerenveen? It's not that far away from Overijssel

    That's true.

And now you said that you are Fries, maybe the American and English people think you are some kind of "eatable"?

Hmm, I haven't thought about that yet :D. Mostly, when they translate it it will be Frysian. So call me a Frysian :). I do not like to be called a Dutchman. Also, if people think that Dutch is a hard to learn langauge then I guess learning Fries/Frysian is a total hell for foreigners ;).

I don't know what you guys experiences are, but when I tell someone here in Holland that I have an Atari Jaguar, they don't know exactly what I am talking about, most of them never heard of this game system

I have only met 1 or 2 guys that actually knew what it was. I haven't met anyone else who knows about it. Some people remember the name and tell me the console is dead, yeah right, whatever

  7. What do you mean, you've got some stuff for sale, m8....

Yes he does, but he hardly gets any response on it. I've been offering some stuff too and only 2 people responded. One actually bought something, the other didn't. Further more, it are always the same people who are offering the goods. I've seen a lot of stuff from Isgoed, he offers stuff on a regular basis. The other auctions are from people who just want to get rid of their stuff. They hardly sell any good games or items.
