I have that bjl program but can not run it because: 1. My BJL jag aint working 2. With the BJL bootcd it isn't possible too, because when you open the lid the jaguar resets.

A swap-cd would be nice . Do you think you are able to create it?

Hi, I might use the cleaner of my brother. The other cd unit is now working perfectly but I need to do a little trick to let it spin. When I power up the Jaguar I need to press softly with my finger on the Jaguar, then the CD will spin :S. Really strange .

And how do you change that intensity?

Aint it possible to create something like the Freeloader for the Gamecube? I mean a encrypted cd that can load up unencrypted cd's? I'm afraid not because when you open the jagcd it resets. But you could manually hold down that pin and swap cd's .

I'm back again . The jagcd with the label 'no spin' is working from time to time. I need to resolder the wires to the little motor, then check it again. The one with the label 'spindel stuck' should work imo, but isn't! I resoldered the 2 wires for the zero position stuff, cd's are spinning perfect but the laser doesn't seem to read the data. When I try the same cd on the other unit (if it spins ) it is just working. Myst aint working either on this strange unit . Anyone knows what the problem might be? I tried the film cable and if it isn't inserted there is no spin. So I am sure it's perfect connected to the connecter. Dirty laser? How to clean it?

you had to pay for doing bank transfer? what kind of bank do you got!? i did bank transfer with starcat. bank trasnfer cost: 0 cent Please use your brains (If u have em ). NL and DE are in Europe and both use the euro. No costs. USA and NL are both in different continents plus other money. And transfering money to the USA is MUCH cheaper then if you transfer to the UK. I had to pay a freaking 18 euro for transfering money to the UK! NEVER AGAIN!

Just ask the guy. Doing a bankwire transfer to the US ain't that expensive. For my 2 units I had to pay 4,50 euro. So ask him!

W00t, nice that there is something in the Netherlands this time. I wish I could go but there are 2 small problems for me. 1: I live in the north of the Netherlands and going there would take about 2 hours if I could drive there without delays. But since it's in the busyest part of NL there are always traffic jams... I also don't like to travel 200km . 2. I have a clanwar on that day! ARGH! I wish I could go there, I might be able to arrange something. Ehm, about the website. Events like this deserve something better . Who from the Dutch AtarAge (or maybe from other country's) will go there?

Wouldn't it be possible to snag the stuff from the BS cart? And then put the files together to get 1 rom? They do it with GBA and all so this should be possible, no?

NBA Jam T.E. is fun for months! Well, it was for me . I still enjoy playing a game from time to time. Brutal Sports Football, I can't say. I don't have it in my collection yet but it'll come .

The unit that was ticking is almost fixed. I'm not sure what's wrong but maybe the motor is a little bit broken or the laser is dead because it spins and checks but gives me a error. It gives me a disc icon with the question mark in it.

And all that for a nice Jaguar CD unit . I don't have time but I'm glad 1 is almost working properly (it spins if he wants to ). Kind of weird problem but hey, when I have some time it's Jagtime.

I'm loving them! Too bad I don't have much games yet (besides Myst...). But one unit had a sticker with SPINDEL STUCK. That one was ticking and still isn't working now (slow spinning!). The second one had the label NO SPINNING. I opend it and couldn't see anything wrong. I tried it again and it was fully working. Now I have to be lucky if it spins. Sometimes it does, sometime it doesn't. It also gives me the message that no power supply is attached to it whilst it is. Kinda weird .

Damn that's heavy! Hehehe, but replacing the BIOS is much easier now . Anyway, I'm glad 1 fully works .
