Bought the kittens some Garfield-branded catnip. Went into the room earlier to see them fighting to open the box on the floor. Must be some pretty good weed.

@fdurso224 Oh Awesome!  Danny Lilker (original Anthrax bassist) was our producer for a band I was in (called Monastat 7)...We played a show in New York with Brutal Truth!

      fdurso224

@GoldLeader WOW! That's really cool to know Johnny. Are you still in contact with Danny Lilker these days. Maybe he like video games and can join us on AtariAge. :)

I haven't really spoken to him much in quite a while.  I said hello, wished him luck when he put his bass on ebay.  And I was interviewed for a segment in his book (a book about him called PERPETUAL CONVERSION: 30 Years and Counting in the Life of Metal Veteran Dan Lilker: Dave Hofer: 9781634438001: Amazon.com: Books.

When we recorded (1993) we were playing a lot of SNES, etc. but Danny wasn't too into it...More into music, etc. which is cool.

I've been meaning to email him someday.

@Hwlngmad So true  Ryan. I've been having conversations with a former SNK USA employee that help introduced the NGCD in the United States. I offered an open invite to post away and ask questions towards her regarding the unit and the company. :)

  11. Think you know about the Neo-Geo? How about taking a quiz on a video that's been posted on the Neo-Geo thread to see how well informed you are regarding it. Are you a "Weenie" or a real "Hot Dog"!

It's on post #27,581. Enjoy and good luck. :)

  12. This Garfield strip is one of the most memorable for me to this day. He educates himself on what the ingredients are in his cat food. It also made me become health conscious for my cats and myself on what we consume. No wonder he'd rather eat human meals instead.

Feel free to ask me to search for anymore Garfield strips for you SG. Its a great challenge and fun to see all the past Garfield content that I haven't seen in years. :)

  24. The World Heroes series for the Neo-Geo was a fun alternative in the 2D fighting scene growing up for me. Others were playing the Street Fighter II and Mortal Kombat series, but for me, I was the fella that kept putting in tokens to play it. I may have been just a handful of players enjoying World Heroes, but ADK surely made an impact in my life on the World Heroes titles.
