@BigO: A Cadillac dealership in New Jersey years ago gave you a great deal in which if you purchased (not lease) a new caddy, it came with a free Yugo! The car brand new for the Yugo in 1985 was $3990!

@travis: Contrary to popular belief, the Yugo never went out of business! In the United States, the car lasted from 1985-1993 and the last consumer purchasing year was 1991. Yugo America left the U.S. not because of bad sales, but due to the embargo that was placed on Yugoslavia during their civil war in the mid-late 1990's. In 1999, NATO bomb half of the factory, but where able to rebuilt the building and continue on manufacturing the cars!

Did you know in the UK, the Yugo was voted one of the best cars ever made and the Zastava factory (which made the Yugo) won many awards? Also, Yugo-mania seized the United States and lines actually formed at dealerships to purchase the car. At one point, Chrysler even offered to buy the company.
