Went to Burger King tonight and couldn't help noticing disobedient children running rampant and the parents busy with their phones texting away. Is this the new parenting style for modern America? I had to tell them to pay attention to them because they were driving me and everyone bonkers!
You just know you're going to be on the receiving end of some parent's righteous anger, claiming that you don't know how hard it is to discipline kids.
I know what my father would have done if I had behaved like that in public, and he wouldn't have found it hard at all.
It seems like nowadays people always have their eyes glued to their phones. I've seen quite a few people not pay attention to the road and instead look at their phones while driving!
