Heh, your neighbour may be on some of the same groups and mailing lists that I am - we've got a previously-Glacier Blue, now-faded-to-silver 505.  It's about my 12th or so Peugeot; I seem to typically prefer my automotive agony French, British, or Italian.

I know a junkyard in St. Helena that has a '75 Chrysler Cordoba in surprisingly good condition. As for the Mirage-based Dodge Colt, that is one car that will never be brought back. However, put in a Motus V4 under the hood, and you have a sleeper on your hands. (Provided that you add a bolt-on frame so the unibody don't warp.)

@x=usr(1536) To be honest calling him/her a "neighbor" is a bit of a stretch. He lived about a mile from where I live and I passed by his house on my way to school, back when it was a thing. It's a white 505 Turbo S as far as I can tell. I don't think he drives it because he's an enthusiast though; just an old car he had since 30-something years ago. I can tell because the car doesn't exactly look even remotely clean like an enthusiast would like.
