      @Kiwi Hi Kiwi. Yes, during this particular time period, Jon was a Cartoonist submitting his works to publishers. Around the late 90's to current time, he mostly takes care of Garfield,Odie and anything around the house.

    Garfield's Believe it or Don't. A week long series in the strips of fictional information in the Garfield universe in 1986.

     

    Fun Fact: Jim Davis received a cease and desist letter from Ripley's to halt these strips regarding them, "Believe it or Not". :D

    But....It's April Fools Day. 

     

    Fun fact: Did you know on April Fools Day of 1997, Jim Davis the creator of Garfield was invited to do a comic strip with Dagwood Bumstead from Blondie, while Drake Young and his team from Blondie did Garfield and Jon Arbuckle.

     

    According to Wikipedia, They participated that was known as "The Comic Day Switcheroo". It was a massive practical joke in which several comic strip writers and artists were involved for the readers to be pranked.The idea was created by  Rick Kirkman and Jerry Scott, creators of the Baby Blues daily newspaper comic strip.

     

    Here's actual newspaper clippings from Jim Davis and Drake Young's involvement. :)
