It is extremely unlikely you will ever see Scatologic titles reworked for CF. The same goes for 3DSSS titles as well. We might have been more willing to support this product had the design taken a 'safer' approach. Right now it is wide open to invite unauthorized copying. We don't feel like working hard on developing titles for the Jaguar to see people copying them all over the place. This unit has fantastic potential for good and unfortunately just as much for bad. A simple re-mapping of certain uploading areas would have made a big difference in how we feel about this device. Coding the Jag is tough as it is. I do not feel the actual designer of the device lt it with bad intenet. From what I can tell, his intentions seemed good. It is certain fans of this device that have us concerned. We have seen posts of some making VERY disturbing remarks about THEIR intended use of this device. One simple remap of the upload location AWAY from the cart area is all we would ask for. Carts start at $00800000 and boot from $00802000. Move the ram map up to $00804000 and it makes it a cart copy proof device. That would make us developers very happy. It seems however to have fallen on deaf ears. I would not hold my breath for AUTHORIZED copies of our software for this device. That sucks as I would be willing to get a Authorized copy of Battlesphere, just don't want to pay $500 dollars or more to get it. I can see where that would'nt make developers happy or want to develope a authorized game for the jagaur.

What the status of JagCF, when will it become available to the general jaguar user? How much will it cost and it there any pictures of it, what does it do for the general jaguar user? Will you be able to play games that you can no longer get such as battlsphere and be re-developed to work on the JagCF?

Well sometimes you get bad things on ebay, I bought 3 of the laser units and 1 only worked. I just tryed them in my non working jagaur cd player. Man I bummed out about this. I'm glad I checked them before sending them out. I found a place on the internet that sellsl them cheaper than what I'm selling them for anyway. Do a google search on vam1202 and I found a place called http://www.dalbani.com and do a search on there web site for vam1202. I think there selling for around $12 dollars or more. I think if you buy of them you get a discount on them.

I have 3 Laser units for the Atari Jaguar, these are brand new in the box laser units. $15.00 dollars each. You can use it to replace the faulty laser unit in your Atari Jagaur CD Player. They look like this. This is different in only the spindle is gray in the Atari Jagaur CD Player and the replacement has a black spindle. It works great. I replaced a bad laser unit in my Jagaur CD Player with this laser unit. Which requires soldering of 6 wires to the replacement unit. You also have to use the transcradle from the Jagaur CD player for the new laser unit. It looks like this and the cradle is on the right side of the picture. I live in the United States. I won a Atari Jaguar Console and a a Jagcd off of ebay and it did'nt come with instructions manuals for either one. Does anyone have instructions manuals for both the console and the cd player? I would take them in pdf form. I saw all kinds of game manuals and overlays for the joypads, but no instructions for the console or cd player, did I miss them somewhere's on the web site or the forum? When I first started the jag and jagcd up it did'nt want to work. I thought man I got took. But it worked finally, thank god. I payed around $50 dollars for both. The Jagcd player needs some work though. I have to get up early to goto to work. This sucks! I want to play games and stuff on the jaguar.

Can you still get the CT60/CT63 for the Falcon? I would like to purchase one. How much they usually go for?

I thought it was the computer too. But then I thought no way the computer is newer than that and Falcon's were'nt made in 1985.
