  2. HEY! now you guys are gonna share the goods, eh??? for the homebrew cart builders??
  3. nifty keen! i forgot about that game. i used to play the board game all the time long ago.
  4. way cool!! way cool!! please make sure that the audio is switchable between mono and stereo! very important to those of us that use the 2600 for noiz!!!!!!!!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. i will be getting one of these as soon as i can!!!!!! in fact i have a 2600 waiting for this! VERY KEEN!!!!!!!!!!
  6. why only s-video? how come there isn't a composite video output as well?? i really like the fact that you don't have to cut up the 2600 at all!!!
  7. neato neato cool!!!!! now let's see some games! and can someone PLEASE make an audio input for the VLM??
  8. ACK!! please come back soon!!!!! don't leave us in the Binary Void!! thanks for all of the wonderful info!!
  9. oh yeah! your EMU port for the GP is the best one! do you still have my list of bugs from other games that i sent ya a while back? i have a new list. should i send it over?
  10. i guess i should have been a bit more clear, eh? i just havn't seen anything from anyone with regards to the 2600 emu so i was just being a squeaky wheel! thanks for the update!!
  11. does anyone know what is going on with this? is anyone going to complete it? it's the main reason why i bought a GP32 to begin with! thanks!!!
  12. YESSSS!!!!!!! that would be great! i would buy 2 copies!

    First word on AGE

AGE was a blast!!!! it was so cool to meet Albert, Paul, Scott, Dale, and everyone else!!! can't wait till next year!!!!!! more noiz!
  14. can't get around it... i just have to print everyone of these....... have to highlight it, and then study each lesson........
  15. did ya get a chance to try it out yet??
  16. just saw Fresh Gear today and they mentioned that their next show will tell people how to make the 2600 portable.... so it's either Ben's machines or the VCS32 that Fabrizio Zavagli(rasty) is working on. keep on the lookout!
  17. i keep this thing with me all the time. hell i would take it to work.....but that would be REALY distracting! having a portable 2600 for under $400 is just too keen!
  18. i have a couple of 2600's with the Ben Heckendorn A/V mod. generally my games look ok but i just pulled out Adventure and discovered a problem.... all of the backgrounds are black! is there something i did wrong withthe A/V mod? it's not easy to see the Black Castle on a black background! kinda like playing Adventure if it was at night. (i think i have a new game idea! ..."Night Adventure") anyways......... i have two machines with the same mod and i have the same results. even tested two TV's. (and please forgive me if this was answered elsewhere but i couldn't find it in a forum search.) thanks!!!!!
  19. i think it would be EXCELLENT. i have been laying out the pages in Pagemaker. (i'm on a Mac) i have an Atari binder i have been filling up with info from the web for quite sometime. (schematics, OpCodes, bankswitching, source code, mods, etc.) your info is going in the front with the Stella Programmer's manual. what would be REALLY nifty is if the book also feature Mods and hack info as well. maybe a CD with code, tools, and other things. a really nice compendium for the 2600 fanatic!!!
  20. i am setting up all the lessons in anther program so i can have a hardcopy to flip through and study as i stumble along. please keep the info pouring in! this is great!
  21. bought my backlit GP32 from Play-Asia.com $209.00 + $8.40 ship http://www.play-asia.com/paos-13-30b58007.html playing 2600 games and arcade(MAME) games while waiting for a movie to start is just too cool!!!!
  22. COUNT ME IN!!!! starting from scratch....... how to make any game idea a reality through the 2600. (of course given the limitations of the 2600) it would be nice if it started with only 2k and 4k size games. no assumptions. I AM REALLY HAPPY TO SEE THIS! i have been struggling with the info on "How to Program" the 2600 that i have gathered for quite some time. i understand a lot but then it just becomes a mess after a while. hacking games is one thing but making a game from scratch is the only TRUE personal endeavor in the Atari 2600 that i would REALLY like to pursue.
  23. heh heh! oh yeah....just binary. no replicants here.... not yet. Wall Defender it's a great little game. i think i am going to add it to my 'wanna hack' game list!
  24. woo hoo!!!!! i love the Pocket Programmer 2! i know for many of you it's no big deal but it's just so cool! (it's that thrill of the first one) now back to the 1's and 0's.............
  25. now that he found a better way to make them i hope they will be a bit more affordable! i REALLY want one of these. it would be nice to have a black and silver one!
