No it isn't. Over 50% of the games for the Jaguar are crap and while there's certainly a lot of shovelware for the NES, PS1 and Wii i doubt that over half of the games for those consoles are crap. Though i haven't played them all so i can't be sure.

A console that has more bad games than good games like the Atari Jaguar is a bad console.
