I'm still slowly working on an updated version and i will post it probably in fall when i have more time. Checking and replacing all roms with later/final versions takes much longer than i expected.

Yep, Blade of Darkness is good but it takes a while to learn the controls. It's not your typical action hack'n'slay and the difficulty is pretty high so you'll die quite often in the begining. You have to learn which attack is best against different types of enemies and also block the enemy attacks. IMO it might be worth a try if you can take some frustration or if you like games like Dark Souls. Once you learned the controls the game is really fun to play with all 4 characters. For only 1.87 € i grabbed it without thinking twice.

It would be worth exactly $0.00 to me.

Suikoden 1 + 2 are available in Europe, a friend has them both and he played each one well over 100 hours. If you're looking for a good RPG the Suikoden games are well worth getting, they just might be not quite as cheap as other games on eBay i'm afraid.
