Ren & Stimpy for the SNES.

I voted for the Saturn on all 4 questions. I had mine for about 7 years and i had a lot of great games for it like Thunderforce V, Panzer Dragoon Saga, Shining Force III, Deep Fear, Gun Griffon, Nights, Dragon Force,Tempest 2000... just to name a few.
I had a Dreamcast for about 3 years, nice machine but IMO it didn't have that many really great games and i haven't played many games on it. After about 2 years it suddenly went crazy and reset while playing for no reason. That really sucked and IMO the Dreamcast was pretty "cheap" made and not as reliable as the Saturn, which worked perfectly for 7 years without any problems.
I never had a 32X so i can't say anything about it...
I sold my Saturn and Dreamcast a few years ago and while i sometimes miss the Saturn i don't miss the Dreamcast at all...

Ok. The only thing I really took away from the minigame compo is that the game is "difficult". Do you guys agree? I have no intention of changing the main game, but I could have a slower version as a option if people feel it is needed.IMO the game isn't too difficult, i think the difficulty is about just right (my best score so far is 8,000 and some on level 3).

My score so far is after playing most of the day at work is 67,200.Hey Impaler_26 we got the same score. What's the odds of that?
Aha... someone has stolen my score. But i was first!

Great Stuff! The game is much more fun to play with a score and the intermission is funny
I think it would be nice to have different enemies in the game, and maybe change the moving patterns of the enemies for the later levels (if possible)? The explosion when you blow up a space station could also be a bit longer IMO.
Keep up the good work, i'm looking forward to see this game develop further!

I don't have the money to buy homebrews at the moment....Me neither....but I am anyway.
The thing is that i live in germany and i don't have a paypal account. So besides the higher shipping costs i'll also have to pay via money order if i wanna buy something from the AA-store, and a MO to the usa is pretty expensive.
If i would live in the usa i would buy a homebrew or two once in a while, you can bet your granny on that!

I noticed a distressing lack of Solar Plexus in these lists. I'm guessing that Nathan Strum's review is scaring you away, but don't take his word as gospel... play the ROM and judge for yourself if it's worth the money. It's a very old-school experience, and the graphics aren't that hot, but if you spend a little time with it, you'll understand the game's appeal. Once the sun hits its top speed and you're fighting to reach that next fuel rod, with your thumb on the thrust button and your hand drenched in sweat, you'll get it. Plus, what other 2600 game has the Konami code?http://www.atariage.com/software_page.html...areLabelID=2737
I like Solar Plexus! It's a nice fast paced mania game and only a few 2600 games make you sweat as fast as this one.
So far my best score is 5,000 and some but i'm sure i can do better
I don't have the money to buy homebrews at the moment but i have it on my "must buy"-list, hopefully i can afford to order some games in a few months.
And for the review... as helpful as reviews might be, if you really wanna find out if you like a game or not just download the ROM and play it (for more than just 2 minutes)...

I love Catch The Ball.
I'd like to see that incarnation developed a little further. If nothing else, respond to the 2600's reset switch instead of just a one shot starting on run and ending when caught deal. Maybe a way to slowdown or stop the dog catcher. Like after a set number of seconds of running, or catching so many balls, you can drop a pile that the dog catcher has to stop and pick up. But if you run through it, or the ball goes through it, you loose points.
Yep, i also like catch the ball and i'm missing the option to restart a game with the reset switch in many of those games.
Here's a version where you can restart the game with the reset switch after you're caught.

Awesome! Who would have thought that we will ever see channel f prototypes?
I'm looking forward to get some more informations about the games!

This demo rocks!
With every new demo you're coming closer to C64-quality (and i love those raster effects!).
Looking forward to see more from you guys!

Today, 9:20 AMThat's right.
Up to this moment, more than 20 'new' ROMs from the 1977-1992 period are added to my second version (including Sea Battle).
Also, a lot of filenames have been polished up and corrected.
My new ROM set will be available by the end of this year.
Ah ok, i was just wondering why Sea Battle was not in your collection although it's on the net, haven't checked Atarimania for it...
I'm looking foward to your new Rom Set
