I thought it was just a really annoying bouncing spider? Yup, but besides the spider there's also a scorpion in Centipede, it only appears from time to time and poisons the mushrooms. It's the pinkish thingy in the upper part of the screenshot EDIT: Check out the manual here.

I remember Crazy Cars for the C64, it's an awful piece of crap. I'm not terrible excited about a 2600-version of this crap, but at least it's an interesting find from a historical point of view. I guess we're lucky Titus didn't manage to release any of their horrible games for the 2600.
