An eviction notice was taped to our front door today. Looks like the owner wasn't paying his taxes. Might be moving soon.

  Not as extreme, but had something similar happen to me. Was doing SAT tutoring at a place that had offices in a strip mall. One day I come to work to find the doors chained. Turns out the owner stopped paying his rent. I never got my last check, either. Hope things turn out okay for ya RT.

  The rental place said that the tax people had the wrong billing address, so they were sending the tax bill to somewhere that doesn't exist. Everything is supposedly going to be OK.
