    I thought I'd watch an episode of "Fallout" on Amazon Prime and got a message that I'd have to pay $3 a month to see it ad-free. No thanks. Prime video normally sucks, so I'm not paying 3 bucks a month to watch 8 episodes of one show without ads.

      I've watched the first 3 episodes.  The 2nd one lead with a 1-minute ad for some new cellphone company in Canada - and that was it.  No other ads.

      I watched some Carnival Row tonight and there was one 11 second ad IIRC,....IDK...I don't recall ads before..

      Super nostalgia trip, hearing this. Younger gamers don't/can't appreciate how incredible this game was in 2002. There weren't any games you could play on a console that had a massive open world like that, nothing anywhere close.

      I vaguely remember not following hints, guides or in-game quests at all.  Been a long time, but, I think I somehow got the items to whack Lorkhans Heart and just let it constantly drain my HP.

      Very interesting advertising done here.   In a time where sex was used to sell items, how to sell baby products?   Get a young soft woman, wearing soft clothing and softly nomming a cookie on a stick? to advertise how soft a product is?

       

      An interesting approach for sure.  Also effective!  I certainly remember this product.

      Pretty sure for mine,  the string broke...I may have tied it back together once,  but mostly considered it a dangerous toy.  I don't even remember where they came from,  probably a hand me down toy...Like one day my brother said,  "Here,  it's yours"...

    I've been watching "The Six Million Dollar Man" 1970s TV series and Steve Austin basically went from high fiving Big Foot and a psychic girl as they all rode on the back of Space Loch Ness Monster as it flew them to Uranus to find magical extraterrestrials who kidnapped Santa Claus to Steve not believing in anything out of the ordinary by season five. No wonder the show got cancelled.

      My favorite episode is the one where the Soviet Union's space probe to Venus fails to leave orbit and crashes in the USA.  It's a rover that is designed to withstand Venus' crushing atmosphere and heat, and goes on a rampage of unstoppable destruction.  Only Steve Austin and his incredible bionics are able to stop the crazed robot and save the town!  😆

    Did you know that Wakanda is not a real place and that Ashwagandha is not made there? Ashwagandha is actually made by very sleepy elves that live in a hollow tree. They all have acute liver injury for some strange reason.

    I had a dream about Mel Brooks. I was at his house and there was a ton of rain. The ground was so wet that a small pond in his backyard went BLOOP and disappeared underground and shot out into his front yard. Ground around the pond for many feet collapsed. Giant trees were snapping in half next door and we weren't sure where we could go that would be safe. That's when I woke up. (Details: He lived on the side of a hill and he had people over. He was acting goofy for them before I opened the back door, ran to the front door, then ran to the back door again.)
