  1. OK - maybe I missed this...

But, how the heck can you interface the controls of a Coleco tabletop with a GBA or PDA?

Understand, I am the polar opposite of a Ben Heck and can't solder worth a damn without melting everything else besides the solder itself.

you need to spend $50 to $90 on a temprature controled soldering IRON not a soldering GUN the GUN is for melting power pack's back together and gnded hole threw on rf cans....

now the best deal on a solder sucker is the one MICROCENTER has for $1.99 its metal and the best one i had ever used works better than the BLUE w yellow buttons... It needs emptied a lot but works great...

now youre right how you would fit a nother game into a coleco is impossible no room

you cant keep the glass cause you would break the TUBE FUTABA flourecent display.(custom)

but youcould just mount game into hole then you would leave board and mount game infront of old screen!!! then run wires and scrape foil off pcb on original game or just snap off the part of the pcb w screen for old coleco game then scrape joystick inputs where they needed to be scrapped..

I know just send BEN H two coleco's and let him 1st mabie fix it or turn it into a miniature video game. the TUBE's small transformer puts out ac like a small closet battery powered 4 inch flourecent light puts out high voltage the nixi like futaba coleco tube needs 70v ac to run heaters then i dont know the voltage of tube Ill measure it tonight cause im interested in the tube SO KEEP PARTS I MIGHT BUY the tube..I always wanted to attemp running simultaius tubes at same time.

  2. Just use Blue rubber maid containers for youre atari carts the unboxed ones..

this way when you want to play you 1st have to DIG for it .

Then you can rummage thew it like it was still new and its in a collection of carts you

got from a nother collection of carts...

I recently knew a neighbor who was a talking about he heard me playing space invaders

Arcade Sit down cocktail cabinet in my apt and was talking about old school atari...

I said you dont have any old atari stuff laying around and he said mabie his brother did and he got the whole atari back and gave me some carts I got a YELLOW label casino!!! and some other metal label old carts mabie air sea battle and a nother pitfall cart and a nother DKONG cant have enoght dkong..

my best deals were at the local GOOD WILL I get lucky and I got 3 800 disk drives once sepratly of course then gave to freind bad idea cause he gave away or lost atari 400 ..

also i had a atari 400 48k upgrade I found at thrift store they had no clue what it was I infact think the whole town didnt know what it was I remember the TWIN CITY ATARI

TAIG twin city atari intrest group meetings in the basement in HOPKINS and learned only like one member was from HOPKINS and they were not very interested in electronics so i dont think they knew about the 48k upgrade at the thrift store but I remember watching my dad modify my freinds atari 400 and it was easy just remove old cart and add new one then add some wires scratch her and there and you have a upgraded atari400 luckaly the upgrade was a original Atari Upgrade and they actually had them before TReimal took over bought Atari and Commodore this was when i worked at BANKS a consolidatin store and I knew when i saw a Atari 1200 it would be gone before it got to the shelf and shure enough $ talks bullshit walks and I missed out on Atari 800xl in box double clearanced... I did get some crappy payware software witch actually worked...

The best Deal was $14 keychain paddle and joystick deals from wallmart. Bought 4 of them gave one away to someone who had work house cause i thought it would be less boring w paddle and he said he would give me a 13 inch tv just needed cord..

the other paddle I took the battery compartment and built it into a see threw color tv and added a zenith RF mod box in the battery compartment then took 5v from tv power to run the keychain power then took 12v from inside tv for the rf modulator and now the tv is hooked to alarm battery and works great it has a digital tv tuner 12v and the rf mod and the atari keychain can be hooked to it too the good thing is if the tv has power so does the RF mod and the digital tv tuner too as whell as the keychain interface/battery box i made the on off switch not work..

I am looking to replace my original atari 2600 w a new one the one i have now is parts from ebay slapped to gether a non heavy sixer and a 4 switcher w 4 switcher board so the cover has extra holes but i figured out the switch panel pops off and switched it out.

now i need a original doesnt have to be a heavy sixer but a original 2600 i have a sears

arcade II no specail joystick hmm I wonder if it just uses 7800 sticks anyway it works as normal 2600 and paddle/joystick does nothing cool leds though After months of sanding and scraping i got the reset button to work 90% w out sticking !!!! ROAYAL pain. anyway the other Atari is the 2600 witch had blown chip then blew other chip so i stole only working chip and fixed the arcade II then on the 2600 the arcade II works i changed it to a flashbackII keeping the original broken 2600 board I scraped all the connctions and rewired the flashback onto the cart slot then took the other buttons and scraped every thing off exept for GND left the power supply scraped the on off switch completly off the foil then permmatly soldered it on then scrapped the output of the 5v after the cap and doieds and hooked that to the power switch then to the flashback II so i need a nother 2600 shell to make it look newer..

then i used the 4 switcher board's switches power =power you have to unplug and wait for cap to completly reset!!!! the power works but the cap keeps some power for couple of seconds its not the same unless you unplug power pack..

I used the a/b switches and the joystick plugs i had to wire to flashback II and scrape off original board lots of pcb non whole hole threw scrapping foil.. then used ch3 switch to hook to flashback II 's Black and white switch as in adv II if you go b/w the walls appire in hidden caves like on original one1111!!/ then used the real b/w switch to switch between built in and cart mode now i used both sides of switch indepandently..

you can not use common gnd one goes up the other goes down so i had to completely isolate both sides of double pole double single throw switch only has on or off not three postistions like a mattel racing game switch has 3 posistions tripple pole triple throw..

ANYWAY i need more 2600 units w out games if anyone has some .. please list on ebay ..

    or chase the chuck waggon

  3. Whell I did notice EBAY trying to tell us how mutch shipping costs when they have no clue how mutch it actually costs to ship...

I have since forced my ebay auctions to always list using freight Since when I did this

I was working as a currier and know how mutch it costs to ship stuff..

Plus the local post office In Minnesota SAINT LOUIS park . I weiged a atari 400 w no box to see how mutch it would cost to mail to 90210 a california zip code and it was like I cant remember but ebays bitch ing about me charging more for shipping than the auction pissed me off who are they to know how mutch shippig was somone else had previously shipped who cares mabie there post office is cheaper and im thinnking it must be cause from ohio its like $7 to ship an atari 800 but to ship a atari800 from here its like $13 but not $19 so using freight i can Actually charge how mutch its going to be for shipping..

ebays shipping calculator sucks... plus they force you to use credit card and automaticly make you use the shipping choice whell Im not into spending $ frifously for an expensive shipping choice when clearly signature required for parcel post is the best since they have to sign the PINK post card to get theyre package from mailman(person) cause then they get it and its cheaper ...

The most expensive thing about shipping is the box and tape...

otherwise if shipping was more twords regular prices then it might be worth using ebay.

as far as forcing free shiping you can always bitch at ebay and not use the coupon in the message for free shipping and eventually if youre nice to ebay and write 4 letters bitching but be nice they will give in most of the time...

i bitched about having free listings every month and now they do!!! I coulnd belive it worked.. then i HAd to use a gift card for automatic payments on ebay.. sometimes im broke and dont need a automatic payment to screw up my bank account..

    i would pay $12 to $20 for a old atari 2600 plus $10 shipping .

and a lot of say 20 carts I would pay $20 plus $10 shipping.

    but see thats $30.

the trick is to use parcel post w signature require and set ebay to freight then once you get somone to have winning bid get there zip code then tell them how mutch shipping is based on how mutch it would cost then send invoice w shipping total... this way you can add more or less $ based on shipping .. its not to circumvent ebay its to not have to use an automatic shipping choice witch forces you to print labels witch youre COOK LINE ATARI

    printer cant print!!!!...

I sold an Atari® 400 for $75 and with shipping total it came to like $90 but shipping costed $19 so i lost $4 but I was ok w it

  4. Woot a response already!

Ok I do have the model 824, have the original serial cable (db25) and a manual. I also have the software pack version 3.11. All self tests report back good. So far I have not had any luck communicating to it. I have Winxp 32bit and using the hyper-terminal provided. It starts a connection fine but from there I am lost. LOL. Maybe its my usb to serial cable, im not quite sure. Works fine with even my wince devices, so I don't really think its the cable persay. Maybe im missing something or need to try a diff os? :?

Only things i've managed to do thus far is erase my uv eproms, and copy a bios multiple times. So at least im pretty sure the hardware works fine.

Sadly I did not receive ANY software with it, and would love to have the original if possible. I still own a few vintage pc's, one being my XT 286. Perhaps I could try it on that...

If you want a copy of the manual let me know, I am going to scan it in this weekend. I misplaced it already once, and went nuts trying to find it. Only copy on the web was on ebay for $100!!! eek! So if you want a pdf copy i'll be happy to share. Also, im willing to pull apart the pack if you can figure a way to dump the PAL/GAL/EEPROM so you can upgrade yours to same revision...

    digelec824.jpg

SOftware I ment the software you run on the IBM/compatible to communicate w the burner if it came w disks i need them..

NOTE I have dos 3.1 to dos 7 and all versions of windows exept for vista and windows 7 OK I have windows 7 ß!!! and xp pro 64Bit!!! and one copy of msdn winxp pro or media center version..

anyway I have msdn version of 98 i could send you cause you have to steal hyperterm for win98..

now set the windows xp hyper term like communicating w modem like as this..

on the burner push 31 execute and go threw every menu item till it exits or it wont take new values!!!!...

the select 7 bits 1 stop bit!!!!!!!

    also make hyperterm 7 bits

DAMN now i have to take pictures of the burner I dont need my eeprom burner upgraded!!! i need the software that came w the burner you put into windows 3.11 or dos to communicate w it.. but if youre going to scan the manual I will definantly help you YES I WANT A COPY..

I can show you also how to use both this one and a willem $15 ebay burner too..

    NOW FOR THE pictures..

I even have 3 MFM seagate hardrrives two are 20 Meg mfm ST225 and one is a ST251 I got one loaded the other day! and ONLY twice I got one to load up w

a cdrom loaded at the same time as a MFM drive I even got win3.11 loaded onto a cdrom but that had stoned monk III virus I however KILLED that virus..

so if you have the 5¼ floppy disk that came w the manual I could copy it for you I have a way of copying software thats old..

I also have a way to run win95 win98 win311 and win2000 OK mabie not 2000 but if i wanted i could load it up..

I wish you had the softrware ...

But the manual please send me a pdf..

now infomation pertinant to MIDWAY space invaders..

I have 2716 pdf and tms2716 pdf and 9316 info too.

the lame thing about arcade emulation roms is this.

contrarary to some belife pacman pcb's want only 2532's not 2732's and the good thing is the digelec can take a 2732 from willem burner and load it into memmory then you can change TYPE wilst power still on then select 2532 and it will burn it to a hit2532 and will work in any 2532 since the only chips that are differnt in the 2732 to 2764 range are that 2716TMS 2716 and 2732 the pinouts are differnt but the rom code is spit out on chip pin a10

SO space invaders pcbs ARCADE MIDWAY coin op arcade pcb's for Arcade space invaders need the following inputs..

there are 3 configurations for space invaders boards ..

DEluxe PCB's have a nother data shifter chip on MOtherboard and can run the 2716 rom's and the deluxe rom set w more info on it...

A Deluxe PCB can run 9316 set up using MIDWAY Black roms made by general instraments SAme company who used a BLOB for PAcman PLUS as whell as the same

BLOB for Jerrold cable box descramblers I think the guy who used a animal hospital xray on the PAcman BLOB and a fluke he sanded the bottom of the blob off untill he got to the pins and using some fluke really exopensive thing read the rom code!!!! so now pacman+ is now unencrypted!! then he used mame romident and dumped the roms cool huh..

SO that gave me the idea to burn my own version of asteroids i made using hackomatic II HERE IS THE ROM

Asteroids is a ® of Atari .. my version is called crockrocks...

the rocks look like (aw)'s and ®'s ok here are the hyperterm pics next post will have pics of needed settings for burner..

    I suggest using a computer w port that works I whink win98 works ..

on the next post i will post pictures of modes in eeprom burner I will also attempt to send a file..

damn now i have to load win95 again then i can steal hyperterm.exe from win95 I think thats the only version w xmodem..

AHHHHHH now i remember its some old terminal program that works w xmodem files NOW i need to hunt the terminal program down!!>.

here is the rom for crockrocks

its © but i dont care.. cause i hacked it its just a hombrew..

also i will attache some more versions..

I only have one REal homebrew cart I got from dreamcatcher.. It had a cool snoopy lable witch i removed to make it into crockrocks..

Ill take a pic or show you a link to a old pic of it..

    here are roms..

lame I have to goto 800x600 or stella x wont run.

    A1 is crockrocks

as the filename doesnt matter for homebrew carts it does need.bin thogh.

    a1winns is coke wins hacks.

    a1.bin

    a1wwins.bin

    adam1.bin

    adams_.bin

    awwins.bin

  6. Beautiful Mind !!..

I saw that movie Right after I came back from Treatment it was awesome....

I remember when i was a currier I had to deliver a Doctor a envelope to the side of his garage it reminded me of the movie

It had a luggage lock on the mailbox and the garage door looked like BIFFS garage from 1950 the whole delivery was weird

I would goto a behavuoiral doctors office and pick up confidental Medical records and deliver it to the guys house in the lock box...

It was awesome.. the movie was cool to!..

I see youre name is rom hunter I have a custom Asteroids® in witch i hacked to make the rocks look like ®'s and aw's if you want the rom i could PM it to you!!..

Also i have some coke® wins hacks too roms.

  7. DIGELEC eeprom burners are cool but hard to send files but once you figure it out its not that hard to do the thing i think it is is having the correct program to send with..

and having it in the correct mode and knowing weather you need 7,1 stop bit none for parity and or sending in binary..

I think thats it but cant remember weather i used win98 or win95 hyperterm or a nother program witch i lost after reloading windows the next day. HMM i think it was the windows version cause you cant check stella w win98 same as xp

HMM mabie ill load up my old compaq i forgot it had win98 ..

  8. The question is do you only have the digelec or do you have more than one burner cause if you have a nother burner

its easy to use if you dont have a differnt burner i forgot and power failure that day prevented me from remembering how I did it! but i can walk you threw menus I know you want to autofill and auto autosplit and automatch ..

otherwise its just a matter of pushing type untill you pick type then .

to actually recive a file push 52 execute

then send xmodem file in hex cause you cant send binary over serial!!...

if you have a program w burner let me know if its a 5¼ disk let me copy it I have a disc drive and windows 3 to xp

I dont have windows 7 but beta version I wont use vista and use xp pro..

if you have software let me know cause i still have way of reading 5¼ disks now you send file and if it doesnt beep it

the reciving will start blinking and it will fill its memmory then it will go blank or something i forget thats the problem I do know you can pick 9600 bps 8,1,none but i think its 7,1,none

    push 31 execute

    skip format

INTEL-HEX use arrows to change to ASCII HEX (x) I think x means xmodem )

    half duplex

    one stop bit

NUMBER OF BITS i think you need 7 cause my dad said once you cant send binary as 8bits over serial port..

I forget the x on x off has to be changed to xon 17 xoff 19 mabie this would or will help ...

you can leave it in binary

mode or intel hex mode or ascii hex mode then once you push 52 and recive you can switch back to intel hex to burn....

and the burner will switch it for you ..

BOY ITS ALMOST LIKE YOU HAVE TO BE super tired or baked or just about to give up on it then you remember and it works..

its like loading windows 7 times and tv tuner doesnt work then you remove modem soundblaster then reload video card then remember via 4 in one 1st then network card then sound then enable sound move midi port around then enable sound then get sound then get network then get tv tuner working after you move the damn pci acpi routing table around..

so its a matter of knowing what to send it and with what terminal prorgram .. so if you have any luck let me know.

start w win98 hyper term cause xp has problems w serial ports!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know this for fact..

    and hyperterm from win98 is differnt than xp this is why i just got the willem cause i couldnt stand loading win98 msdn version over 2000 times now.. so if you need a chip burned send me file and tell me what chip size it is and ill burn it then see if i can get it to read into the digelec... then if you need i can send you the actuall chip;

I did get hackem working on flashback II with the wilkson atari bootleg homebrew chip .. my version of asteroids works too and so now onto flashback II version of adv II witch i hackomaticed II hacked to make dragon mouth dissapeer when it bites down w its mouth open it cant cause I changed sprites and its now invisible when it bites and it cant kill me this is using my own burned cart in cart mode NOW THE COOL THING IS IN FLASHBACK II WHEN YOU SWAP FROM built in mode to

Atari mode in same game its cool only the rocks change and the game still runs...

  9. in the delete block menu it starts

    RAM begin 00000

    block size 00000

    then it says

    last Addr size 07fff

    upper lim 07fff

then it says deleting I forgot that but dont care if it delete is but how do i delete the WHOLE 256K

cause then at least i know its ram is empty to accept new atari file not keep burning same old 1st 4 seconds of bank switch partial file to chip,

    i think thats the problem

    test ok 824 b1.60

    i assume its version 824 b1.60

    for the

    dig

    elec Portable Programmer model 824

    .

i dont want to erase the c-mos(file it runs it self on just the area in ram it uses for uploads...)

i hope i cant screw it up this way..

Sorry , I know this is an old thread, but this is the only one I have come across on this programmer whatsoever...

Ok I have the same model programmer and am struggling on how to use this, but i did figure out how to erase.

OK first you have to press function, then 33 for timer. Next keep pressing enter till it goes to the function screen again. You can set the timer etc thru this. Once its at the next function and you went through all the settings, press the LAMP button. This will start the UV erase timer and turn on the lamp.

Now to figure out how to program on it xD

Whell youre in LUCK I figured out how to use it in combination w the $15 +$15 shipping total cost from ebay to you willem eeprom burner and the digelect one!!! I have both now NOW once and only once did i figure out how to send a file to it using serial I know you use 9600 and a terminal program from win95 you have to steal hyper term from win95 then i actually got asteroids onto a 2764 now the problem is I only know you run threw its menu and ou can erase and if you dont see the brand youre SOL but the good news is if you take a normal willem eeprom burner and burn a 2732 you can

take the digelec and put it into the 2732 mode then change it to the 2532 mode and burn a 2532 witch BOOTS INTO

arcade MIDWAY PACMAN PCB!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yes it worked since the new $15 ebay burner cant burn 2532 chips but can burn 2732 chips you can use the older burner to burn to 2532 chips also it is good for taking a chip on one brand you dont have on the willem and changing it to 2732 so i 1st backed up a chip from pacman the location witch lets you speed up then i read it on digelec as 2532 then burned it to a 2732 then loaded it into windows w willem then ran mame and it worked !!!!! now ill run you threw the menu but 1st let me tell you somthing I think you need to get one of those cheap

willem ones on ebay cause since i dont have software and logical devices dont either they bought rights to it and said its so old they dont even know how to run it!!!

    .

so you can take a 27256 or 27512 and load from a willem and then load into the digelec even if the file is smaller say you need a 2716 and have a 27512 you know how to load or burn w newer non digelec burner just burn file as long as it will fit then put 27512 into digelec push mode untill you select chip type 27512 and brand then push read then push funtion then 31

    then push execute

leave in intel hex no you see you have to switch it to ascii hex thats the reason its easyer to use other burner then read into this one then burn.. ok onto next item since I had power failure during the 2nd unsuccessfull burn i forgot the settings needed to burn file and since i can send files to new burner and read no need to care..

    anyway

push execute it says if you push 31 then execute it says

    FORMAT........................31

    push it again

    INTEL-HEX

    again

    RS-232C................32

    BAUD RATE 9600

    half duplex

    one stop bit

nuber of buts 8 ?????????????/ now you might need 7 cause serial cant use 8 cant remember but good luck i just leave it and use other eeprom then read from chip then change chip type ill get to that.

    parity none

    X ON OFF DISABLE

    DSR off

    trailer off

    header off

autosplit turn this on using arrows then push execute to next menu item

    UV timer leave at 33

    uv eraser 30 MIN

    OPTIONS 34

    word size 08

IB check off (checks if blank)

    blank check OFF

    TEST CHIP off

SIGNATURE (EWW sneakey encrypted chips i wish we knew about that ) I leave off

    automatch ON leave automacth on!

    BUZZER ON

printer off (HMM fuck mabie i should hook a priner up!!)

security off ( A NOTHER ENCRYPTION CROCK)

    encrypt off

    protection off

    exit setup

then it goes back to enter fuction

    now push 32 execute

    make shure autosplit is on

    now push type

if you have a say 2532 you want to read from and make a 2732 for other burner put it in then push

type then roll threw arrow hkeys til you pick brand

heres an example put pacman 2532 hitachi chip in roll threw arrow keys

push function then push type then roll threw arrow keys to get to just leave at 2732 since only tms 2716's are differnt mostly

it asks size i left at 64 hmm i wonder if i screwed that up I left it alone then read the 2732 then burned it to 2532 and it still you can pick hit2532 and read a 2532 or burn a hit2532 then burn to a 2732 or vise versa..

now the best thing about this burner is you can use and size to load to a smaller size

say you need a 2716 burned and only have a 27512 that works w willem parralell or usb burner you cant burn on to the

digelec cause you cant get files to take to it now if you figure out how to send files please let me know

I think it comes down to having a file that will send intel hex files as 7,1,none in intel ascii HEX now i think you can send a file in hex then use burner to read as hex then switch it to intel binary SEE I FOR GOT Cause it worked once at about 3:33am then i put it into flashback II and my aw asteroids booted1!!!!!!! then i wanted to do it again then the fact that it was 4am i put chip in digelec backwards DONOT DO THIS i kept pushing program execute and it kept saying OVER CURRENT and the lights dimmed every time i tried to burn this is cause DUH I HAD CHIP IN BACKWARDS !! eventually i guess the green transformer down the road next to the roller garden NSP POWER TRANSFOMER the onse the power company has there usually green I BLEW A FUSE I SWEAR then finnaly after running around w power company to see where fuse was and couldnt even get into HOLIDAY STATION STORE CAUSE THEY LOCKED EVERY ONE OUT CAUSE OF POWER FAILURE and i said when did it happen they said about 330am i said HMM THATS EXACTLY WHEN I FAILED TO BURN A ATARI CART then realized since the laptop was on and the ups was beeping i had chip in backwards so iforgot how to send files however i know how to get it to copy from one type to a nother say you have a wilkson bootleg cart w no atari program in it and want to change the game you got it with or want to make a new one use blank check to see that youre 2764 is blank then once its blank put it into willem buner USE A 15V power pack not the usb cable to power willem then use parralel port to send files and use .97j version pcb3 jumpers and leave usb jumpers on power pack mode!! usb is only for power input and sucks ..

I have successfully taken a 2764 from willem and changed it to a 27512 on digelec and it booted to asteroids..

SO I dont know if you were giving me info or wanting some? anyway if i pester my dad on weather you can send hex over serial in 7bits in stead of 8 mabie i could figure it out.

also if you need me to burn you a chip for you so you can copy it w youre digelec I could help you w that if you need i love using my willem burner cause you can send direct binary over parralell and dont have to worry bout converting to

.hex and figureing out what terminal program to use .. SEE the problem is win95 sucks whell i think mabie win98 will work too for hyperterm.exe but win98 wont boot to my laptop w out sound so no testing stella so i just loaded xp

IF WE FIGURE out how to send files to the digelec you can make some $ having a eeprom service...

    GOOD LUck..

I did have luck taking a speed hack out of a 4 in one mod for pacman board and changing it to taking one file 6e file from zip and put it into a 2732 w willem then read into digelec then switched to hit2532 and burned it to a 2532 and it actually booted to PAcman and THE SPEED HACK WORKED...

now more compicated THINGS i ONCE read a midway space invaders 9316 CHIP THEN RAN IT W MAME.....!!!!!!

THE TRICK IS PUTTING 12V AND 5V ON THE CORRECT PINS ON RIGHT SIDE THEN UNHOOKING PIN 20 THEN CONNECTING TO PIN 19 ON CHIP OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT ANYWAY YOU NEED TO PUT A10 WHERE IT GOES SO CHIP SELECT OR ENABLE MEANS IF PDF FILE SAYS YOU NEED 5V OR OR WHAT NOT TO GET CHIP ENABLE OR SELECT TO TURN ON THEN YOU CAN READ W WILLEM ..

THEN I MADE A DOUBLE SOCKET SO I COULD RUN A NORMAL 2716 IN A TMS2716 MODE NOTE IM TALKING ABOUT 3 DIFFERNT SPACE INVADER CHIPS WITCH ALL HAVE A10 IN DIFFERNT SPOTS ANDWAY I MADE A SPECIAL SOCKET TO MAKE SHURE 12V DIDNT TOUCH THE NORMAL NON TMS2716 CHIP AND PUT 5V WHERE IT NEEDED THEN PUT A10 WHERE IT NEEDED SOME PINBALL SITE HAD THE INFO SO I REVERSE ENGENEERED IF I COULD READ A 9316 midway general INSTRMENTS CHIP WHY COULDNT I MAKE A TMS2716 SOCKET READ A 2716 CHIP W THE INFO FROM THE 9316 TEST CHIP FROM INTERNET AND SHURE ENOUGH I GOT MY SPACE INVADERS BOARD TO RUN THE TEST CHIP i HAD TO BURN TO A 2732!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEN PUT INTO THE DIGELEC AND READ AS 2732 THEN SWITCH TO 2716 THEN BURN i DONT KNOW WEATHER THE WILLEM BURNS 2716'S i KNOW IT WONT BURN A TMS2716 A 9316 IS MASKED ROM MEANING ITS A ROM

NOT EEPROM CAUSE A EEPROM CAN BE CHANGED A ROM IS ROM ITS BAKED IN OVEN TO PERMANANTLY BURN IT IN!! ... THE GOOD NEWS IS I KNOW HOW TO GET THE DIGELEC TO BE USED AS A REALLY COOL TOOL AND IT IS CAPABLE OF TAKING FILES IN AND i DID IT ONCE JST FORGOT HOW..

    sorry about the punctiuation...

    aw

  10. I had one of the REal electronic football games when i was a kid OR did i steal it from my brother i cant remember!!! I do remember taking it apart using a triangle file and putting a sound switch on it witch is why if it ever got stolen in school i would always get it back cause i melted AW inside it w soldering iron I would always get it taken away from teacher ..I also had a racing game witch was cool and i think i put a sound switch on that too.. I still remember having to pick the lock on the teachers desk to steal my electronic games back. ALSO in the mattell OLD football game there was a speed adjustement pot ..

ALSO donot get them wet i left one in a cooler on the boat once then all the ice melted into a puddle of water and ruined it.. I kept it for parts and ended up using the buttons to repair a atari joystick!!!!!! or vise versa!! I always look for games like that at good will.

I just got a new electronic football and DONT LIKE IT its not correct speed and uses aa batteries I was ready to use a lithuim 9v smoke detector 9v witch would probably last 2 to 5 hours instead of a duracell witch lasts about 45 minnutes at the most ..

hmm i guess you could use nickel metal hydride aa batteries but i love the lithuim smoke detector 9volts they cost $14 but they last way longer. i have one in my weather radio .

I also remember my freind had a weird brand basket ball game witch was LED it was cool you could pass and it was 2 player too...

I had racing football 1 2 and baseball I didnt like basket ball and baseball was lame too..

the racing game was by far the best one they made the only problem was finding a nother toy or cb radio witch used the same four way switch witch let you switch lanes it had 3 postisions but no ball berrings or detents to stop it I think i remember trying to use a broken football 1 switch for racing I cant remember how long it lasted .

I also had a tomy pinball with the 6's in the display I had replaced the buttons w red radio shack buttons witch worked great.

  11. I feel embarrassed asking, but I've got to do it. How the heck do I use this crazy thing, anyway? I've skimmed the instruction manual and can't figure out how to close programs or access files on my compact flash card. Does the E-100 have anything like a file explorer? I haven't been able to find one, and it's driving me berzerk!

if i remember correctly the ipaqs had a touch screen and a stylest!!!!!!

  12. whell I had one of the pacman table top coleco versions that i got from G will for like $2

I also now have a nother one that is in good condition and still works.

this new one i got 3 years later .

Both times i got lucky to see them at good will before someone else noticed them!!..

I also got a dkong table top witch i sold off on ebay..

now onto the FUTABA tube screen display I had almost completely destroyed my pacman cause the buttons on the joysticks so i decided to steal p2's buttons and fixed p1 really good by this time the speaker was gone and the thing was all gone only the control panel and the joysticks but you could hear the ghosts in the tube w out the speaker I guess the 70v transformer for the tube picks up the audio witch is cool I wonder if you could hook two tubes to one console!! as long as the 70volts came from the 2nd broken machine mabie you could run two tubes on one game that would be cool..

ALSO I think some digital cameras can run mame also there is those new nes mp4 players too..

    GOOD LUCK.

  13. Hello. Looking for a bit of help with the J3 and J9 jumper issue for my FB2 mod.

I'm not really sure how to wire that part up to a switch to get this to work with the cart mod and then with the on board games.

As of right now, I have the cart mod complete. I really can't tell if it works or not though. When I turn on the screen the Adventure logo pops up. I know I have to do something with this J3 and J9 thing. Yet...being that I'm not an electronics expert... I have no clue what to do when it says to open J3 or to close J9. Can someone draw up a schematic of the switch... label each wire and where I need to put it? Perhaps cartoon bubbles with words of encouragement as well? LOL

I believe this is the revision c FB2 board. But I'm not really sure. It is smaller.. and there is not a black wire going from an IC chip or anything like that.

Any advice on getting this up and running would be great!

Whell i tried that mod once and ended up never getting it to work then i got a nother

fb II and it worked cause it was differnt model..

as far as open j3 means unhook j3 and close j9 means hook up so on a switch example a button says normaly open means its off untill closed so when you close a circut you complete it and when you open a circut you unhook it so i think it means when j3 is open then j9 shorts to gnd and vise versa so i would just hook up j9 \

    look here

    http://www.atarimuseum.com/fb2hacks/page2.htm

thats why i used the other version FB II for my mod cause i couldnt figure out j3 or j9.

    good luck.

I suggest you put pictures here then for shure someone would know.

  14. I Got the problem solved by getting a new eeprom burner off ebay.

I took the original homebrew cart and removed the eeprom then i took a blank 27512 rom and burned a eeprom using the parallel port willem eeprom burner witch is easyer to use and it worked then i was able to burn hackem and it actually booted on the flashback II .

I also got a fast cheat rom to load on my midway pacman pcb and it worked too I had to burn a 2732 on new eeprom burner then useing the old burner i burned that into a 2532 as the newer burner cant burn 2532 but the old one can take a 2732 and hold it in memmory and then you can burn a 2532 >... So i solved the problem by just using a differnt burner that lets you just send a .bin file to it instead of .hex and having to change it to .bin .

ps ALso the hacked version of asteroids i made is cool on the flashback i can start fb II in asteroids then switch between the built in one and my asteroids and it keeps running the rock change but it still runs witch is cool.

  15. Lesee, what can I remember of what the twin cities had?

    1. Picadilly Circus in St. Paul, Highland Park in a strip mall-like place. It's gone now in favor of a Lifetime fitness + other businesses. I remember the arcade was rather vertical in architecture.

    2. Some arcade on Lake Street where you pay a door fee, but all games were a nickel. Real good deal. Only went once. The owner had a police scanner he listened to.

    3. All the Circus Circus/Showbiz/Chuck E Cheeses. The odd thing to me is that there is still a Chuck E Cheese's in West St. Paul on Robert street.

    4. The now closed-down Saints North roller rink in Maplewood. I went there so many times as a kid in the early 80s I remembered many of the arcade cabs they had(The Pit, Kangaroo, DK3, bunch of others).

    5. Pop's Arcade in downtown Minneapolis. The rude employees asked you to move if you watched someone play for more than 2 minutes.

    6. The now-defunct grand daddy of them all: The Minnesota State Fair. There used to be THREE arcades all around the fair. They had plenty of coin-ops old and new. You would be surprised what they would have for classic coin-ops. Nowadays the Midway arcade(the least fun of the 3) is gone, and many of the games are now ticket redemption machines. It's nowhere near as fun as it used to be.

    7. Thats because Upstairs U needed a Adult ID to get into the bar (upstairs) and since the front door was threw the arcade they were strick about people giving other poeple $ to play games I also think that arcade was a waste of space there could have been thousands of more games...

    8. I think The Fair has a Fair arcade now they still have it but Todd dosent Run it anymore he does Weddings and photo booths and doesnt have time to repair old video games But I remember silver ball mainia pinball in the TENT it was a M.A.S.H like tent it was cool many electric cables running around to the carni/vender tents and to the video games circut breaker breaker boxes and many outlets hanging from the criling w striagn relifs. I remember playing Hurculise Atari pinball I could not even reach the other flipper!!! I also like and still like the racing games LAst ok the year before that i went and there was a dance machine VERY tireing !!!! and a punching bag punch down and fast on the chain but dont break it there was also mspac and a buntch of other cool games I was Alone at the fair that year so the games were not as fun.. there was a Nvidia error on one of the racing games witch they said probably a nvidia fan problem had a win2000 blue screen but it was a 4000 pound sit down racing game .

I tried one of the sit down racing games and it was pretty fun for a force feedback steering wheel and this perticular arcade had no redemption .. exept for a big one .. I still enjoy the midway and the infamus crain games!!..

Summit arcade pulled out of the fair cause $ was to high to ship games to and from the fair plus the are into more commercial routes and photo booth restoration and wedings and stuff like that.. more twords rental than of redemtion!..

I think mabie i will see the fair this year if my feet dont give out 1st.

  16. The Tetris Game is up and running it comes on w pinball circut breaker!!! so they always come on when they open now ..

I put 1 quarter into left slot witch i new was dumb.

Game works great right slot takes $ every time sometimes it costs 50¢ sometimes it costs 75¢

its a gamble to get credit on tetris , but its always worth it to get a game started.

I will leave the scores on the high score table for the drivers..

What they dont understand wont be mutch of a problem cause once polepos gets a new screen I will beable to come in 4 hours early and drive.

You all know how fun it is driving w lots of gas listning to youre favorite rock station on the PA system.

  17. The pizza is good It must be eaten hot but it comes hot always its more geared for delevery pizza and tastes great the day after cold watching cold pizza.

The sauce is great the chees is really good and the toppings are pretty reasonable i got a Really good deal same deal i got 5 years ago prices have stayed same at this place witch is what i like about it.. reminds me of child hood.

The pinball machine works great now quarters got stuck i put one in got stuck I punded on door and it fell in and made that infamous famous credit clack of the credit silinoid then that got the cooks attention I guess that lead to a job.

Now I know the fact that the coin return button plunger being rusted is going to be HELL to deal with but I like kids anyway so ill just open it then give some credits until parents say come eat then ill adjust tilt back to factory the one on the TABLE is off I will replace it by bending it back I DID NOT shut it off someone else before Gary got it he said it was already off its to keep you from playing catch w the kickers so they dont gointo geek mode... were still waiting for the kicker coil but it works i got high score for my self..

My score for GRAND PRIX 1972 Williams Pinball. ([WMS Gamming])

    1st game

2 credits the second quarter fell then i pounded on door to get 2nd quarter to fall then it did i thought it was clear naw it was had one still in now its jammed cause i put one more I was like DUH dont do that! ..

1st game score 1 credit left game starts.

    score $150,000

    2nd game score

250,000 whell ok i cant remember exact score but it wasnt anywhere near 530,000 points for freereplay credit!.

  18. Has anyone played a game recently I got less than 100,000 on pinball today .

I was playing a 4 player game and started w 6 credits witch i had to widdle down SO anyone else who wanted to play could!..

this weekend I wil PLAY TETRIS for REAL using a REAL 25¢ quarter a new one any state or year will do then see how many points i get then will post it here..

ALSO if i get to see bookeeping totals i will post if i can..

  19. Time-Out Arcade - Cheyenne, WY is the one I remember having fun at. For a while, there was this incredible rail shooter called Police 911. It was very unique in that it reacted to your shifting of weight, which was imperative to dodging bullets. It was so fun, and unlike anything I had seen. I wonder if that game is still there? I wonder if the ARCADE is still there? The arcade was ran by Namco. It was so awesome, winning tickets so you could buy Pac-Man merchandise. I still have a Pac-Man drinking glass with a silly straw on my dresser at home. One time, my little sister watched a guy win big at one of the gambling games and win a double armful of tickets. The guy then gave her all of his tickets so she could buy something nice. That was another awesome thing about this arcade. The clientèle was so kind and generous. That is the arcade I remember best.

That reminded me of the last time i went to the Park TAVERN bowl ..

my brother was there w kids ANd my brothers youngest kid LEO was whining he needed one ticket or 51 more to get to to next vending machine witch took tickets to get prizes i was like hmm i remember wining tickets at Cheap Skate when on break and i would if i caught the light w the big lit button in the pink neon going in circles I would go find the kid who was bumed about not having enought tickets to get something cool and said here take the whole pile then i got bitched at not cause i gave away the tickets but because the DJ had to switch the whole pack of tickets out i was like sorry i didnt think it was going to land on 100 i toughti would get like 10 I got lucky and hit the bit anyway the person who i gave it to right after the dj switched the tickets i forget if it was the husband or the wife who switched the tickets but they said its stuck and were thinking WTF i saif blow on the iso optolator led whole then they said yeah right you know how many tickets have been threw that hole more than you can think of then the kid who was bummed out played it and lost and i said here take the ones i just one I work here and what would i do with toys but just restock them they were super happy and i JUst wanted to use the ticket counter box

i like how it chopped the tickets in half after comapreing them to the next ticket comming into the isoptolator then the DJ came up and said hey adam watch this they took the hole pile even the ones witch were in half did something to the SCALE witch i Didnt catch how they programmed the scale and were were all in awe they just saw the pile and said so and so amount what i forgot was he said remember the game you were playing i watched the score output and did the math on all you playing that game and said they had x amount of tickets and the scale was off like 3 tickets but after the person left the lcd on the ticker choper sucked the bookeeping up it was a blast untill the RENT went threw the roof on water per gallon w all the leaks in the rest room they had a leaky valve somewhere just wasted water no bigge but the land lords sold the place to a ALDI the aldi grocery store never painted over the end wall behind the cooler wall they just put up metal drywall beams in front of it then finished the wall then added the other store to the end of the building and made a cool ramp like driveway for ther semi trucks you still enter in the all skate direction and shop in counter clockwise direction I guess its the layout of the building the expensive thing was the replacement roof ALWAYS remember to SEAL the cement in youre basement arcade!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! use tar plastic tar then drywall like zbart... it works great its like driveway sealing the basement its works we did it at parents house when they built I said do it to the out side so they did we NEVER had a basment leak yet cause water is repled by tar....

OH crap back to tickets the kids came up and split the tickets in the group the WINNER who won 10 tickets and got my 100 distributed it anyway they wanted

then i didnt have to worry about what they wanted so it cost me 75¢ or less to keep kids happy also i got to put 25¢ into game click on insta cue stopping a stuck but so it would win then just walk away from GAME that was the best I would just say ok lets behave kiddies now have fun..

then i would say green lycopeen then DJ would start a red light green light game and would say green lyma beans and every one would always move I wish they would have just combined the bank into a bigger HOLIDAY station store instead now i might start balling about cheap skate closing OH i forgot there still is one in coon rapids but its a cheep skate not a cheap skate!!!! althogh you almost have degjavue and swear youre in the other one!!! with the 4 way circle hanging white glass roller rink lights and the snak bar in the same exact place next to the left of the dj stand witch is left of the 1st entrance and left of the snak bar is the bday tables up higher then across from that are on the carpet hall next to the storage room is the mushroom sit down shoe changing carpet tables and lockers amuzement devices are stocked where ever there is a extra outlet and where they always are if any thing should be solar powered it would be a roller rink if they had a big enough basement they could have enough backup batteries to sell electriclty back to grid and with the wind generated by the skaters you could have the weather vane in the middle of the rink and convert it to watts I think i might have to go up to ROLLER GARDEN just to see it again.. naa mabie not... hmm that would be a good thing to do to the mall of america 3rd shift skate /dj sweeping that would be fun that would also be a great place to put a roller rink cause its the mega mall you could make it big enough the arcade would generate a place for kids to get tickets i could actually get a prize for playing ms pacman!! using comercial mame by playing pacman on galaga/mspacman just need pinouts from namco for ticket dispenser or $ slots pinouts for jamma!!!!! now next time I goto mystic lake i know what im going to tell WMS to get mspacman mode joystick to slot credit this way i could rack up credits playing mspacman and then get bonus wave to play mspacman but have 7's chase me instead of ghosts now that would be fun if it was a touch screen i could just blame it on screen crud IE joysticks fault then push change button/pause 10 seconds and get some drink or put my card in and goto restroom then swap to other lav card and unlock my paused game or just move it down one if someone chomped my seat i could just move the game using the tcpip fiber twinax useing the player card i could pull it out push it back in then push a special button and pause the game up to 10 minnutes to use lav then come back and play it on any same lcd type machine if you time out the credits go onto player card but you lost youre multipyer and stuff ..

  20. I Fixed both flippers on the Grand Prix Pinball machine at chelet pizza .

THen discovered one of the kicker coils was shorted out so i snipped the coil the owners has one on order !!!

Now they have 2 working games out of the 3 they would be at the limit before needing amuzement device permit they are aloud 3 of them games!!..

It was awesome to actually play Grand Prix pinball its actually a fun pinball machine the high score is set at 530,000 or around 500 thousand witch is good cause its hard to obtian but not impossible the DAD has the machine set to be fun to play by kids so the ball goes super slow1!! sometimes it goes normal speed witch makes it a very interesting game and since I needed to move it to get the glass off to replace the flipper coils i left it in a really lame spot now its harder than it was before but since the OWNER was in the store I left it in the same spot it works great I came back the next day or so to see what was up and found they had the game circut breaker off so i said I wanted to get my plug strip witch i left and forgot i left it up there and wanted some pizza to boot...

I got a personal sized 7inch pizza w sausage around $8 then i played 6 credits out witch were still there The Dad of the computer store Guy bruce 's dad was there and i asked him about the pinball machine and asked if he remembered the spiderman one and he did then he started playing player 4 and started to kick ass at the game like he had played it with his eyes closed and i reminded him i had trouble w the game getting stuck on ball 2 and he said does it still have a tilt and i said yes I left the Tilt Switch Plum Assembly alone.

i think the one on the table it self had been bent out the way anyway i said it seemed to be stuck on ball 2 it was like the relay coil for the ball inplay coil was weak I remembered replugging the 3 5 ball plug assembly back on and heard when he was playing and i mentioned using the green 3m scrubbie on the rotorary logic pcbs and he was playing I said at least the doorbell chimes seem to work most of the time and are not super annoying but can still be heard at this point he stated to play soley on hearing the score and knowing by the timing where the ball was just by the noise of the relays then he said not only does the double score give you 50,000 points X2 meaning 100,000 points you only need to do that 6 times to go past 500,000 530,??? means credit at this point i said do you think the extra ball was lit or the extra ball got stuck and he fenagled since the left kicker coil only gives points on kicker coil closure hittng leaf switch using the coil to push it it drianed w out hitting kicker or any bonus points

. i think he somehow knew how to get the ball 2 unstuck i said hmm sounded like the ball in play relay was stuck we said hmm extra ball was lit but bulb had crappy lead solder crud on it or was itr lit?? then i told him about a rubber binder kit w lights 3 packs on ebay for cheap then he said what about pole pos II i said find a cga screen from a slot machine and i will change out 4 bolts screen and r g b synk gnd and 110v and viola it will work .. I might just get a new screen then resell it or just wait but now the pinball machine works and you can have up 2 4 players it even goes up to 9 credits and even not on freeplay WAS SLAM SWITCH WAS OPEN NEEDS TO BE closed make contact at all times to hold take quarter relay on coin door!!!!!!! all door slots are 3x 25¢ slots...

even thoug they were 5¢ 10¢ and 25 ¢ like the one my dad has at home a round up http://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?gid=2026

the one i repaired was this one http://www.ipdb.org/machine.cgi?gid=1072 once i get the kicker coil or coils i will replace the 1uF cap witch is only 25v i measured 26!!! with a 100V 1uF cap! same type cost 50¢ axeman surplus .. hmm schmatic addenumm on pdf says 200v if the one is only 25v then i can see the problem why the coil shorts on open.. now i need a huge ceramic cap 500v or more... more like a mov.

sorry for the non grammacal ramble..

anyway i am happy I fixed the flippers I played p1 and p2 p3 then he let me round out last credits and killed odd ball 3 then i pushed the start button had no quarters using check card so i ordered pizza after using c machine at nearset store then came back and my pizza was DONE in oven waiting for me it was yummy . I m going back this weekend to spend some quarters and eat a nother mini pizza . also the tetris has been running since the last time i set the histogram settings bookeeping settings i will have to beg to use dip switch to see what it thinks then clear them so they can empty coin box WE use coin counter at closest bank to count our quarters who cares about a credit it is just that if i put a quarter in when its shut off the tetris will eat it!!! pinball machine has a coin door relay slam switch coil witch still works and rejects quarters witch is cool /..

when they decide to replace the screen in pole pos i will test using a computer power supply instead of the one they have since its not mounted then i can remove fuses untill only the if needed the isolation t former for the screen is only one needed then computer power supply can just be swapped if it blows ..

  21. I remember Many arcades when i was a kid ALmost every store IN Minnesota had 1 or 2 video games at least grocery stores or convinence stores did at least . I remember Tom Thumb in New hope had some sea wolf type game witch was in color.

then i remember some pizza parlor across hwy 169 in PLymouth had a Mr do and a nother game I cant even remember the other game I do remember argueing w the operator about the pizza shop being in Plymouth and he thought it was new hope so he said he had the free replay mode shut off cause NEW HOPE had some lame under 18 gambling law where you couldnt play games w credits on them so we couldnt play Pinball machines in new hope and i said whell whats the address of this pizza place and they said plymouth so the operator changed the dip switches on mr do so we could get the diamond replay... I also remember one of my favourite games was ROBOTRON 2048 witch was at a

PDQ yes it ment pretty damn quick!! then also they had a rally x at a snyders at 4 seasons mall and they had a illegal 1941 in a strip mall corner store witch stated this game is not for use in any country than japan although noone cared the owner said ARE you going to bitch about the disclaimer or play i SAID i want change 4 a dollar.. then I remember RIDGEDALE had Picidilly circus witch is now a defunct henkin research totally empty and out of businness as is the gold mine witch was in KNOLLWOOD mall in st louis park witch is gone too..

I remember every mall had at least one arcade

Ialso remember then they had a circus pizza on zane ave in b center i think it might still be there also new hope had a chucke cheese witch is gone The airport had a good arcade but since 911 you cant just goto the airport just to play video games!! the MEGA MALL HAS gillians and the sports bar witch are now both gone the sports bar had a pretty good arcade w at least 15 pinball machines and a lot of video games.. I also remember in robbinsdale mall they had a arcade I remember when they changed out DKONG plexiglass marquees witch now said © 1981 and you could not stand under the ladder I also learned you could chomp credits w a straw on any nintendo coin box that didnt have a mod.. there was a ice cream shop or was it a ole piper in pizza witch had a sit down lady bug I at 1st hated it but figured out i could walk home from school every day and play it in jr high untill i discovered the robotron in PDQ Also my brother when he got his licence would bring me to WALL drug to play DKONG and some other game i cant remember but we would stay there for more than 4 hours playing video games whell I spent most of the time just watching my brother cause he would TAKE my $ to play dkong I would get change right after he did so i could get 1's and hide them in other pockets so my brother woludnt take them He was really good at dkong I would always end up giving him quarters . Also i remember the uptown art fair i always would help my mom set up her displays then ask for food $ and say I wold be back in 1 hour but since i took my bike w i would just go up to byrant lake bowl and play pinball they would bitch you have to be 21 to be in the bar and i would just say im only in the arcade i said this is a bowling alley right then it has to have a arcade!! I got away w it I dont think they have video games any more but I do know some bars have ms pacman and galaga even a mrdo in fact most bars these days have at least 1 mspac/galaga combo or stand alone dedicated video game and most have the spend youre whole paycheck in one credit GOLDEN T 4 witch can suck a $20 bill in one game.. I also remember the Arcade at the state fair witch has got smaller and smaller now..

I also remember playing pinball machines at ski lodges too..

ALSO I must not forget S&S billards in Hopkins Mn witch is still open and has more than 10 pinball machines 1 golden t 4 and 3 atari sit down driving games and 4 pool tables.. sorry for bad punctuation.

PS oh i just rembered more places witch had games 1 7-11 in hopkins had a pinball machine it was COMET.

    Then Chalet pizza still has

a tetris game a Pinball machine and a sit down pole pos II too.

I went in there about 3 months ago to see if the video games and pinball machines still worked and they had only one that functioned so i told them i could help fix them I fixed the tetris right away all i had to do was erease the high score table and bend both coin switches then onto the pinball machine I found out someone had it on free play witch they didnt want and the right flipper was broken I had the owner order a flipper coil kit and am planning to repair the flipper this week some time!! they also have a SIT DOWN POLE POSTISTION II witch has a line going across the screen THey say mabie they will some day replace the screen... as for the pinball machine if the new flipper coils work I finnaly figured out the free play thing on the credit wheel someone twisted two wires together and bent out the slam switch witch has to be closed all the time and now it takes quarters up to 8 credits!! so when i replace the flippers if the KICKERS dont blow a fuse it should work just fine.

I also remember in ohio at a chineese resturant they had a hangly man pacman game it was cool.

I also remember a mall in crystal had a pretty big arcade once witch lasted only like 6 months to mutch violence and fights broke out this was in the 80's I also remember marks something arcade by the school witch had like 4 pinball machines GRAND lizard and Black knight..

I also remember multiple places having 8 ball deluxe AND I remember in hopkins Main streets had 2 or more pinball machines and Archies had at least 2 at all times now its called DECOYS and i think they have 1 GALAGA/MSPACMAN combo machine and a buck hunter...

ALSO brooklyn center WALL mart used to have a arcade w a air hockey table and some other games but its long Gone now..

I know bowling alleys have video games and pinball machines always!! and those are youre best bet to find a video game or pinball machine now!
