  1. Very nice, but how about the choice of CCP/BDOS/BIOS on the CP/M side? I really need to get NZCOM to run. Thanks.
  2. Did anyone ever think about a tracker that has a MIDI compatible data file? Have the option to send it as MIDI data out SIO to synth device. That would be a great option. Competition then would be who can program PoKey to sound better than the synth. Edit: Possible to multiplex and play both together? Just an idea...
  3. How about an FTDI chip and a USB connector? That would add SIO2PC-USB capabilities. Type B, NOT Micro. Robust NOT weak. This could easily morph into supporting the FujiNet Interrupt and Proceed lines for some future PC based thing.
  4. Is there room for Votrax on this one? Think 1400XL, 1450XLD and Q*bert.
  5. There is a BIG FAT guy that comes in my store. The first thing I think of when I see him is: Oh Shit! It's Mr. Creosote. :)
  6. Keep 800 Incognito on the back burner. Remember we have both a card slot and a PBI port in perfect alignment to jump to another card. Yeah, I know. Wishful thinking. Just an idea... Also, Bob Woolley's MIO 80 column adapter using the 9007 CRTC chip is nice. IIRC, that's the same chip as used by Austin-Franklin. They had multi color text. Nice chip. Available here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Standard-MicroSystems-SMC-CRT9007-video-processor-IC-40-DIP-nos/143983859611?epid=1218354295&hash=item21861b579b:g:IOsAAOSwB-1Yq6fv $8.99 each.
  7. It does have a fast Z80. Keetah did here: https://atariage.com/forums/topic/265670-math-fpu/?do=findComment&comment=4774411
  8. Nice NecroBump. I still want a Rapidus/VBXE CPU card for my 800 Incognito. :)
  9. I would never call the Z80 'lousy'. It is a wonderful chip. Comparing a 4Mhz Z80 to a 1.79 Mhz 6502, I see speed about equal. Much faster Z80s are available now. Let's use them.
  10. Maybe a FUJICONF.EXE [Renamed as AUTORUN.SYS] that reads FUJICONF.INI and sets it up? INI file on same disk as FUJICONF. Would something like that work in this case?
  11. I saw MANY MIOs w/ LITERALLY CHARCOALed BURNT BLACK boards under especially the DIODES and the [AWFUL] ZIP RAM. Out of every 20, maybe one or two was worth fixing. Nice Idea. Poor design.
  12. I deleted fnconfig.ini, power off booted while holding B button and it worked. Rebooted again it did NOT work. I had to delete the file again and hold B on power up for it to work. I don't have debug output because I forgot to bring my live boot DVD so I can't fun the flasher.
  13. I have tried everything I can think of at this point. With SD card in I can use CP/M. Without the card I can use WiFi.
  14. Thom, I used to have a TeleVideo multi user system. I modified the BIOS [on the server] to support 4 hard drives and patched the Z-System into the Satellites. That's what they called the diskless workstations. TS-802A. Looks like a typical TVI Terminal. Has High speed RS-422 port on back to connect to TS-806 or TS-816 file server. I also used to have a TS-803, TS-816... Sadly, many were lost in moves. Look for Blair Groves Missisauga, ON He is my friend from years ago. I gave him my work on the OS. -K P.S. He has a beautiful cat.
  15. One more thing: I can connect WiFi ONLY if I DON'T have the MicroSD card in. Why?
  16. No choice of CP/M system yet? That's ok. I am NOT complaining. All I am asking is for you to research and lookup a full blown Z System. It is a Beautiful thing. Named Directories and Time / Date Stamps and much more. Z-System is Powerful. -K
  17. @tschak909 Can you please point me in the direction of how to select which CP/M system it runs? I want 64 or 60K ZCPR3. Thanks.
  18. Flickerterm is good. My main question is: "Will NZ-COM run on this?" NDRs, Aliases, Timestamps, etc?
  19. Is there a DT80.CAR image out there somewhere? I have an Ultimate Cart.
  20. I'm looking for DT80.CAR image so I can use CP/M on FujiNet.
