  1. Nothing can justify destroying games for fun... Not Even Doom Music.

  2. For the 1st time in my life I have told myself I need to watch my weight... I'm 28... So you mean I just can't eat everything in sight now???

  8. Less than a year to go until we get some close-up photos of Pluto from NASA's New Horizons probe.

  9. You have your favorites Pokemons, but what are their Japanese names? http://t.co/godm9zs5CU

  10. Note to self: Denatured alcohol isn't a substitute for near-beer.

  11. I review the GCW Zero handheld system, which enables you to play emulators on the go. So how is? Find out here…http://t.co/3rACt7MxxS

  12. Why will OpenOffice never replace Microsoft Office? Because other applications are so intertwined with the Office APIs that they just assume that you have Office installed, even when it shouldn't be necessary. Case in point: to add a threaded hole to a plate in Autodesk Inventor, you MUST have Excel installed. Even though creating a threaded hole has NOTHING whatsoever to do with spreadsheets.

  13. Thor is having a sex change. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-28321806. Not only is it a re-imagining of the comic character, it's re-imagining of Norse mythology. Bizarre.

  14. Spam was sent from my Gmail account for the second time in three months. I changed my password again, but this is getting ridiculous!

  19. Ran a power trace incorrectly and let some magic smoke out. I suck.

  20. OK, I tried IntyBasic and failed miserably, so I guess I can't make INTV games.

  21. The show will be back in mid August. The VideoGameSellers are going on a short hiatus. http://t.co/G97euYtU0Q

  22. The onslaught of Android Wear watches is intriguing, but I can't help but wait for what Apple is coming up with before pulling the trigger.

The Timex Datalink series was awesome. Especially when you could upload data through your monitor. Sadly, even that had battery drain issues. The battery compartment wasn't meant for repeated use and the watches eventually fell apart.

It should be a considered data point. As well as their actions trying to spin technically unfeasible features as legal protection. Again, not the whole reason one should forgo a product. Definitely points to be considered and discussed.

Also, the community is the source for information, opinion and guidance. Clearly companies have their own business model and communications. I cannot justify endorsing a product that almost meets my needs gambling that somehow that will lead to a future one that does. Grumbling and debating may seem like spoiled kids on Santas lap. We're really trying to figure out what works and what should be avoided.
