Want to say the new SGM works great. One thing on my colecovision is the SGM sound is maybe 40% lower then the system built in sound. I have a composite and audio mod. The mod works fine with the atari front add on but Im likely tapping the wrong location if the SGM volume is low. Any advice would be greatly appreciated to get the SGM audio somewhat even with the system built in audio. I did see threads on low volume for the SGM and Adam but not Colecovision. Thanks

I am experiencing the same thing. My Colecovision was modded by Ruggers Custom, and the SGM sound is very low. I had to put the TV volume at 100 to hear it.

Any news on Gradius? I know the chip shortage screwed everything up, but any chance it will be offered as a digital rom? Penguin Adventure would be cool to have digitally too and be able to use both on the Ultimate SD cart.

    This?!!

Since a new run of SGM's has been released, I am sure more people are going to ask for re-releases to use it and/or how to purchase the roms.

    Thanks

  3. B.S. Will not save progress unless you create a ".mrq " file and select 2 for 2048 eeprom.

So delete the 128 byte ".e2p" file for B.S on your SD if there is one., create a ".mrq" file with proper information and select 2 for 2048 eerprom size. You do not need to have graphics imbedded for it to work in the ".mrq".

Once that is created, rename it the same name as the B.S. rom in and run the game. The proper 2048 ".e2p" file is now created and will save your progress now. This did not work in the past, but I think with the current firmware it has been fixed

  4. With the latest updates "Firmware V1.12, ASIC V1.08, Menu V1.08, Stub V1.05 Fixed bug with stub command line selection of EEPROM over 512 bytes in size.", has anyone figured out how to get BSG to save progress and settings? I have the originals also, but as others I would like to play it on the GD. I have my BS carts with most the codes unlocked on them, so it is fun starting from scratch using the GD.

    Update:

Never mind, I figured it out, and I can save progress and settings now. Played to Wave 31, power cycled the Jag, and I was able to start at wave 30. Also the high scores saved and the codes activated stayed active.

  6. Not mine, and I could kick myself for selling my third copy of the original BS almost 20 years ago (yes it has been that long) for 150. I still have original and gold though not for sale.

But I will put this here for laughs. 9 days left, and it is already over 1000!

  7. Does this still hold true for those of us that bought through the reservation system?

    2. An additional benefit from being a reservation holder is you will get the first shot at two new products I am working on:

"Two, HOKEY! HOKEY is a POKEY replacement chip, if you aren't aware. Unlike other POKEY replacements, HOKEY is microcontroller-based, which allows for flexibility that is hard to match with a standard hardware approach. So, HOKEY will not necessarily just be a POKEY chip. "

    Thanks

I did promise one person that I will make Wormhole 2000, and SpideX available as digital purchases this autumn. I also got an answer from @Songbird (that still sell these games) that I can start the digital sale around October. So this will be like a pilot for potential future digital purchases. This will also be an opportunity for me to check out how it could work from the technical side (e.g. in the web-shop etc.)

For those people that already own a copy or two of Wormhole 2000 and SpideX, will there be a discounted or free digital download of those games?
