$35-70 without packaging I'd guess. They didn't come in standard boxes, more like paper wrapped around styrofoam.
See this please:
Therefor I said "not boxed" - but not sure if this was usual in USA. I'm located in Germany... just like the site I'm refering to... But thanks for the being the first to reply and give me some idea...
-
I got offered (from some local collector) the Unimex Duplicator SP-280 and would like to know how much is the average street price these days? It comes with NO box, NO manual and he includes one cart that holds a game. Thanks for any infos

-
good priceHow much was it? Just curious how much I'd have to pay if I finally find one in my area... Thanks!

What's new? I hope this nightmare ends with a win for Shawn... >=|

So far as I've heard/read elsewhere on the board, it's perfectly possible to play the .wav's straight out of the PC or sometimes even from an mp3 player (with low enough compression). An MP3 player is the only thing I've ever used to load games to my Supercharger. Works like a champ.
Perfect, that was the question I had in mind
As soon as my Supercharger will be delivered (hope in the next few days) I'm going to hook-up my iPod. Do you use any special settings? What's the recommended bitrate to encode? -
Ok, to clear it out - I've been f****d as well. The one I offered here proved to be a PAL version, too. Well, my luck: the seller doesn't live too far away from my hometown and I think chances are high to solve the prob in a diplomatic way - the other choice would be a visit at his place where I've to do it the Klingon way

Best regards,
TFM

System: Atari 2600
Company: Spectravideo
Title: Gas Hog
Year: 1983
Rarity: 8/10
I've the mentioned title two times in my collection and am willing to sell it. This is another one of those very rare games, that is also very playable and fun. Another great game many collector's still do not have. A rare game to find, tested and working great. Cart only, no box or instructions. We know

Well, as usual... with every new Ebay user the established system gets more stability and can raise the fees - something we have to experience...back till the dark age...

-
And nobody even asked for a cut of the profits. Hehehe.......I see you didn't read the small print in the forum contract you signed.
Are you refering to that "60%-of-your-ebay-profits-have-to-be-donated-to-atariage.com" agreement?

Excellent demo
Good sound, nice rasters and cool sinus-styled effects. Big ups for the great work! You impressed me a lot! -
I'm into collecting for almost 30 years. It started with coins, stamps, antiques and other stuff. Many years later, after being into computers and videogames since 1981, I'm still a very addicted collector. Something that has never changed for me: I love collecting stuff that I can touch without feeling guilty
I never have been one of those collectors who put the stuff into plastic-wraps and keep it back like owning the holy grail. I'm happy to use my 2600 carts, except for the ones that are still shrinkwrapped, play H.E.R.O, River Raid, Pitfall II and all these other classics. When those games were brandnew and all my friends got it from their parents my Dad decided to NOT buy those for me. So after I had the chance to act like I wanted I got my hands on all the stuff that I've always been dreaming of. I had a lot of jobs that sucked when I was young, from being a paperboy to working at factories in my holidays just to be able to afford computers and consoles. Therefor I still have ALL my computers and medias that I bought since 1986. Collecting stuff is one thing - being fanatic the other. I for myself decided to be a collector who also enjoys the stuff he's collecting while others surely wouldn't do so. If you enjoy playing that game, I can fully understand and I second that saying that your friend maybe just wants to get his hands on your cart
Just my 2 cents... -
there arnt really any "R" rated games for the atari, not quite sure but i dont think they even had ratings for games back then.Seriously?
I think he's refering to that famous sidescrolling shooter R-Type, but I may be wrong...
