WTB: Math Gran Prix/Miniature Golf CIB
ntavio replied to MAN-AT-ARMS's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Do you have Basic Math? -
I sold my 7800 collection with a shrinkwrapped 7800 unit and all the games boxed for $700-750 earlier this year. But it didn't include some of the extras: 3) Pitfighter Prototype Demo (MINT) 4) Atari 7800 Diagnostic Test Cartridge (MINT) 5) Atari 7800/2600 Harry Dodgson/Video 61 Monitor Cartridge w/over 200 pages of actual Atari Corp. Programmer's Documentation (MINT) 6) Light Gun for the 7800/XE 7) Atari Trak-Ball (New, Factory-Sealed Box) BallBlazer Red-label Version 9) Tomcat F-14 Atari 2600 Error Label Cart for the 7800 I doubt those extras are worth $1700. Just my two cents....................

Boxed Atari and Activision Games for 2600 - Is Mine
ntavio replied to ntavio's topic in Auction Central
The box for auction has a bluer tint than the one on the AA database, but in reality it is more green than the pic show. Damn digital cameras. -
Short 3 day auctions, 33 titles. Take a peek: http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?View...sort=3&since=-1 Thanks, Noel

Hey Mcgrail............... Do you have a CIB Cosmic Commuter (NTSC of course) for sale? Thanks. -
The daily $1000 drawing on Paypal for using your bank account instead of a credit card??????????????? Not I.

What was your "best value" find for an atari cart?
ntavio replied to shining slade's topic in Atari 2600
Atari Video Cube for $2 at a comic book store. -
If she's ripping off ebayers, why is her feedback still 100% positive??????
-
I prefer the liquid gel myself.

Quadrun went for $410.00 lasst night.

Congrats Pitbull. It's quite an achievement. I only have a couple of games to complete my CIB Activision collection and it's taking a while.

What used to drive you crazy, as a kid, with your Atari 2600
ntavio replied to Kenwood's topic in Atari 2600
My parents nagging me to "turn that damn thing off." -
Kenwood is absloutely correct!!!!!!!!! Today's games are mostly about blood and gore. Recently, I was playing on a PS2 with my 11 yr old brother and he beat me at every game we played. My brain still cannot process using 12 buttons at once. But I evened the score when we switched to 2600/7800 games because his brain couldn't conceptualize a joystick and one button!!!!! But Ebay brought me back to retrogames.

What happened to your Original Atari as a kid in 70-80's?
ntavio replied to Kenwood's topic in Atari 2600
My first Atari was the VCS bought Xmas 1980. My mother threw it out along with about 100+ carts including a couple of Atari Age exclusives (CC & Quadrun) cleaning. I packed away the 4 port 5200 I got in 1983 and play it to this day (but with different joysticks). -
even with the waterworld it's still a rip off

FT: 5200 Multi-cart (dip-switch) for Bounty Bob
ntavio replied to Coleco's topic in Buy, Sell, and Trade
Chief- I've learned the hard way that you must do your homework before posting for a trade. Check Ebay and Bidiots! for past pricing and come to your own conclusions as to your offer. Good luck..................... -
I know for a fact that it's EXTREMELY difficult to sell an entire collection. I tried about 1 1/2 yrs ago for a reserve of $7500 and (thankfully) no one bid that high. Especially tricky is the shipping from Hong Kong. Also troubling is he offers FREE shipping but no insurance and then writes: Seller's payment instructions & return policy: PAYMENT:--- ONLY ACCEPT:--- 1/ INTERNATIONAL BONK TO BANK TRANSFER--- 2/ WESTERN UNION INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER--- === SHIPPING--- HIGH BIDDER HAVE TO HELP FOR SHIPMENT & PAY ALL SHIPPING FEE, DUE TO ALL ITEMS MIGHT OVER 100KGs !!! HIGH BIDDER MAY HAVE TO PAY SOME THOUSAND US$ FOR SHIPMENT, HIGH BIDDER COULD USING THEIR OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT ON FEDEX / DHL / UPS or ..... but HIGH BIDDER HAVE TO TAKE HIS/HER OWN RISK ON SHIPMENT SELECTED !!!! HAPPY BIDDING (^_^) Quite perplexing................
