I believe there was a board game based on Blueprint. I remember owning it many moons ago, never learned how to play it, kind of like the video game.

Well Cubicolor is the same game as Rubik's Race. I assume Rubik came out first, but I do not know for sure. A Game of Concentration is kinda sorta like Memory. There was a board game version of Hangman. And I believe somebody turned Simon into a 2600 game. I don't know if you count any of these or not.

The 19" tv my 2600 is hooked up to now is the largest I have ever played on. I would like to play Pac-Man on that 120" screen, it would look like a Piet Mondrian painting or something...

It's in the old Central High School building, across the street from Vets Memorial, it's about 3 football fields long, you can't miss it (well you can, but that's another story). Cracker Jack display is still there, no trains as of yet though. There is a place called Cityview which is a memorial of sorts to the old building, very nice area.

Lemme rephrase that in moden movie terminology..."The Streets of Yesteryear has been re-imagined, enhanced, and redesigned as Progress Living History Theater." There, basically it is kinda sorta like SoY, but it takes a look at a town in 1890s, and the same town in the 1960s to see how it has grown, adapted, and changed with technology. Basically that means the people you see in there are in period garb, and will interact with you as if it were the era. It's pretty cool when a lot of stuff is going on (meaning sneak in along with a school group), if you walk through by yourself and don't interact, it can be kinda boring. It's a nice place.

We always had a 1 console, 1 computer household until just a few years ago. Years are close, but approximate... started with an Odyssey Pong System - 1980 then 2600 and Ti994A - 1981-2 got rid of 2600 for NES - 1985 got rid of TI for C64 - 1986 got rid of C64 for PC - 1989 got rid of NES for Genesis - 1990 got rid of PC for another PC - every 2 years or so after 1993 briefly had Genesis and SNES at same time - 1992 Genesis sold at end of 92 The SNES is the oldest original system I still own (it is also ironically, my least favorite). After that I still have every system I have ever bought... in chronological order they are Game Boy, Game Gear, Playstation, Genesis, NES, Saturn, TG-16, 2600, 32X, Jaguar, Intellivision, Game.com, Virtual Boy, SMS, Dreamcast, C64, 7800, Odyssey 2 (non working),Playstation 2, 5200 (2 of 'em non-working), 3DO, TI994A, Game Boy Advance, GameCube. Whew...that's a lot of plastic.

I will buy any game I don't have under $3. I still have places that have 50 cent 2600 carts, but they don't get new ones in that often they do have roughly 80 Combats

Let's put it this way about the Dispatch...I'd rather use the New York Times, in Columbus, as my local newspaper. The Dispatch is a joke, but people are too lazy to find the truth, so the Dispatch gets by unnoticed. They rip on COSI because we got a major new building, and we've been having a few growing pains. We tripled our exhibition space, but after two years in existence our attendance is about at the level of the old building. We had to raise our base prices ($7 to $12), we now have an Extreme Screen, a better Planetarium, and a motion simulator ride, and an arcade (which all unfortunately cost extra). Not much we could do there, we tried to make it a more exciting experience, but to pay for it all, we had to transfer some of that cost to the public. And then there was the recent 10% staff cut...34 people lost their jobs, the Dispatch spun it into us going out of business soon. Idiots. Every time we open a new exhibit, they send a reporter, we put out best foot forward, and then they slam us, even though we have about a 95% approval rating from the public. The biggest complaint we get from the public is that people miss the old stuff, the coal mine, the streets of yesteryear etc... But what good is it too open a shiny new building, and then fill it with the same old stuff???? I've never understood that. Sorry to rant, I'm trying to spread the word that, while we've changed, we're still COSI, and still a heck of a lot of fun.

OK, I admit I like Cleveland, Cincy, and Dayton. But I have lived in Ohio since 1984, and I still want nothing more than to go back to Indiana.

Being in Southern Ohio for 18 years now, I can guarandamntee that Ohio does not rock. It does seem to have a Dwight Yoakum-esque nasal twang that I believe has made me sterile.

I have a few interesting carts as well... 1. 7800 Joust with one corner broken and rattling around inside, game works well though. 2. 2600 Target Fun that appears to have been shot! Lots of small bb gun size holes, works great. 3. My Sears picture label Blackjack I just got this past weekend appears to have a combination of mud and cherry pie filling on the label, I believe I can restore this one fairly well however. 4. Not Atari, but for my NES, I have a Baseball Stars 2 cart where the board inside was not screwed down at all, I was able to pry the board out (without breaking the case), jam it into my top loader, and enjoy the baseball goodness with no problem

That's nothing, my sister just now won an auction for a pair of Doc Martens boots...she paid $175 for one pair of boots she will never wear (she doesn't wear the other 13 pair of Docs she has now). Sheesh, and my parents complain when I blow $10 on 20 Atari carts...

Miner 2049'er went away for a Jungle Hunt. He went into the Crypt of Chaos, and became Entombed in the Room of Doom to which Miner 2049'er exclaimed that there was "No Escape!". During his Adventure, Action Man came by to help, but was ejected through an Airlock by an Alien. Above him, a brief Artillery Duel ensued, followed by an Air-Sea Battle. Miner 2049'er did some Basic Math and realized not even the A-Team could save him from his Deathtrap. But suddenly, a Canyon Bomber (named the Desert Falcon) came Barnstorming by, during his Fatal Run, the Canyon Bomber was heard to yell "I Want My Mommy!" The Canyon Bomber finally was able to Infiltrate the Room of Doom (with a bright Laser Blast and a loud Kaboom!)and Miner 2049'er climbed out of the Room of Doom to the nearby River Patrol. The River Patrol asked Miner 2049'er if he wanted some Fast Food, but Miner 2049'er declined, saying "Tanks but No Tanks." And that ends Miner 2049'ers Journey Escape Thank you

Rolling Frogger huh? You'd think it would stink when you tried to light it... Congrats man, I don't remember ever playing that long to see that happen.
