They can probably still order them. The problem is they probably werent selling and then cut back on their order. My shop does that since by then people who want it put it on their pull list

Swordquest Realworld - Crappy Comic Collected in Graphic Novel
MrBeefy replied to Swami's topic in Atari 2600
Comics are solicited on average 2 months in advance. So its not a surprise the trade is solicited already. People must be buying it because thats what pays for the trades. -
Like it or not this is the current Atari and while im skeptical I hope this turns out to be something cool and successful. I know when it was announced a chunk of my friends were excited to see something other than PS4 and Xbox. This might not be what they wanted but maybe they can get some money from it and head towards making newer cool stuff.

I try to do a review now of any homebrew i buy at AA. I need to do one fo CAA yet. I actually like to see more criticisms once in awhile in tge reviews.

Damn this sucks. Beef Drop and Pac man Collection was the duo that brought me into buying homebrews. I feel for his family and friends as I lost my father when he was 49 years old. Just another reminder to take care of oneself and never ever leave something unresolved with someone you care about. Sadness.

This is easily in the top two games I am most interested to see developed. I could see a game like this done on the 7800 but it continually amazes me to see what the 2600 can be pushed to do.

Atari 'Retro' Handheld - funstock
MrBeefy replied to gbennett0321's topic in AtGames Flashback and Portable Consoles
I think it looks better but that doesn't mean the games will play better. -
It just makes me sad because I would have taken it. Lol

Color pacman one was at my store. Worth getting? Not sure on screen type.

Is there any key to shooting the catapult? At times it seemed I was holding it the same time but with different results? -
Yes. Is there a way to untrigger it?

Hope I'm being logical with mine.

Yeah I get that. I had a coworker talk to me about how to find a nes classic because I was the resident nerd at work. Told her there werent any unless she wanted to pay out the ass. Told her about the raspberry and helped her order one and set it up for her. It's definitely not hard but she definitely didn't want to put in that effort. I really hope Ataribox turns into something I want and is reasonable. I would like to see atari make steps to become more prominent in videogames. Just like I'm waiting for Nintendo to make their comeback

Think This is in reference to the cartridge port.

Surprised people still don't know about the raspberry pi. It is so awesome and cheap.

I have one of the Sega handhelds I got years ago. I like it and for the price I don't see why people dislike it. I'm not sure the emulation on the retro 77 is a big deal in the grand scheme of things. It is to this community which wants to play homebrew and such, but average gamer won't know about atariage. If the first run does well maybe they can continue to work on better emulation.

Walmart where I'm at has a colored Pac man one that is in the same style as the fist black and green one.

Those things are like $400 from what I saw. -
Give that poor thing a rest! I know after playing for an hour and beating it my Bbcq cart was quite warm. ;P
