  1. so against my better judgment, I bought a couple of the Arcade 1UP Atari cabs on clearance. Two things I notice right away - trackball does NOT operate in analog mode in any of the games AND the sound is delayed biiiiig time. You fire, then you hear the shot a second or two later. WTF?!

      That's right, I had forgotten that these cabinets require assembly. Too bad the innards sound pretty proprietary, although it sounds like the monitor is the biggest problem. I wonder how hard it would be to replace it with something more standard?

      I have a little bartop MAME multicade where the sound does that in the game Frenzy, but only that one game as I recall...Very Annoying, thankfully I have a real Frenzy cab haha...

      @jd_1138 I was gonna say Boulder Arcade Factory makes cabs, but I just checked their website and they're not making cabinets anymore at this time...:(
