We have those Amdro baits for around the house - but they don't seem to be working so well against the occasional large carpenter ants. It's the ones outside that are real pests. Ant hills everywhere! Have tried wide area application in the yard with this brown dust stuff, but again - not working so well. :-(

I gotta admit I cracked up when I read this Status Update this morning...Something about the wording Invest in an Aardvark....It's Classic! Then again I've been sick and tired all day w/ a very sore throat and just trying to get to my weekend which I finally did! (Also worked a double shift!) Anyhow I picture an old guy giving advice about Investing in an aardvark.

Sonny lemme tell ya these Aardvarks are worth their weight in gold! Ya gotta get one! And After all the ants are gone you can still sell the sucker and make a profit!...It's "Can't Lose" my boy, "Can't Lose"!! Now,...Ya got a backyard?
