Thanks for the info guys. I think I'll look around for a 4 port bios after Xmas too!
-
I know Pitfall doesn't work on the 2 port due to modifications by Atari, but will Pitfall II work on a 2 port? I want to order it from the AA store after Xmas, but I want to know it works first.
-
I think you can order the cables from these guys, I have to do that myself since I have a 32x with no cables.
-
"we"? I'm way too dumb to set up something like that. Ziggystar, if you can, more power to you! I'll vote on it if you get it setup

-
I'm not sure if you mean me or Inky but if you mean me, then yes I did make it and thank you very much. You're the only person to complement me on it

-
I agree with Inky, his suggestion would be the only workable one but I wouldn't want to burden the Als with more stuff.
-
Inky,
See if you can get in touch with the guy on AA who calls himself NoahsMyBro. I traded him a broken 4 port with the same problem for a working 2 port. He eventually fixed the 4 port so he might be able to help you.

Well it's too late but I'll add my 2 cents:
COMBAT(best 2 player ever on any system)
Maze Craze
Super Challenge Football
Outlaw
Warlords

How do you rate how much fun a game is to other people? I think Atari bowling is fun, many people do not. Who's right? How do you rate it?

OK so my new guess is Inky:3567

I love the CV something fierce, it might actually be my favorite system or at least tied with the VCS. I've been thinking about starting up a CV site for a while. I have a pretty large collection and although I wasn't smart enough to save the boxes back in the day, I do have a ton of overlays, manuals, carts, and controllers I could post there. I won't be able to do it for a long while, probably not until about June or so because my stuff is in storage until I move again. When I do, I'll post something here on the AA boards.

From what I remember about it but my memory is vague:
It was supposed to be released in the USA and it was a 32 bit, CD gaming machine. Amiga was having financial problems and they weren't allowed to sell them in the USA due to a tariff thing when they announced it. I think it did eventually come out but in really limited numbers and disappeared quickly. I'm pretty sure it was mildly successful in Europe.
got to this page:http://www.videogamenews.net/wconnect/wc.dll?wwdemo~VGM
scroll down to CD32 and click "show it" for more info.
warning: there's pop ups

Oh yeah RockyVI will definetely suck. The only thing that could save it would be Mr.T because he won't stand for no "jibba jabba". I pity the poor fool who pays $8.50 to see it.

Frontline on the CV. I spent hours and hours playing this as a kid.

A nice job gentlemen, very nice. After Xmas when I have some dough I'll be doing more then just looking.

Ssshhhh StanJr... now they won't pick you

That is pretty cool. I think these guys mixed up Space Invaders and Galaxian though. That screen shot definetely looks more like Galaxian.
-
I actually had a recurring dream about having a Sinistar machine in my living room. I'm still hoping that one eventaully comes true.
-
It also lists Urban Champion. I'm pretty sure that was a NES only title.
-
I've found I usually don't have to mention my Atari at all. People see the VCS in my living room and "Oh my God!" is the usual reaction followed by, "Do you have (insert name of game here)?"
-
I figured it out this morning and quickly dashed off some XMas cheer. Oh well, they'll be more contests but I doubt they will be as good as these were. Good job Snider Man

I love just about all of them., but my favs are:
720
Marble Madness
Paperboy
Football
Gauntlet
Space Duel
EDIT: I forgot Missle Command!!!

Pitfall II on a 2 port?

You're lucky
I can't get it to work in mine, that's why I was wondering about PII. I thought Activision may have changed something to make it work.
