I somehow missed the last sentence, haha...  A)  Tips are Great!    B)  Big tips are Really Great!   C)  Cash tips Rule!    D)  I am not at liberty to say why...

@GoldLeader As to part D - I did not give any particular reason why cash tips may or may not be preferred. 

Kinda funny,  I'll often get, like a 4 or 5 dollar tip in quarters!   And for some reason there was this house that ordered about 3-4 times in One Week, and each time paid for about $40 (of cheese steaks, hot dogs, pierogies etc.) ALL in quarters!  They give me a bag of quarters and say there's $45 there.  Yay!  I don't count it til later...Once it was $44.75  Close enough, Yay!
