I just had to look up what it was.
Damn, I want one! I could act out 90's movies!

-
Damn, for 2 of these carts one could have a legal fully-automatic UZI.
Yes, I said legal. It's hard having two completely unrelated hobbies!

-
Holy crap people are nuts.

-
Just wish I would have bought one when they were brand new!
I'm never paying that much for a video game. I can get a nice AK-47 or 9mm for that.

-
That's not the one you just bought, is it?
-
Good seller, kept me posted with shipping status, and everything made it safe and sound.
-
I'll give him a free bump since all my stuff arrived safely today.

Maybe I missed something, but are the Jaguar Svideo cables rare. I saw one ended on ebay for $40..wtf really $40 for the svideo cable.
Bought mine brand new for $15.
In 1999.

-
That actually sounds pretty cool! Certainly didn't have that when I was younger. Must have been neat back then.
Thanks

No, it was pretty damn stupid.
(Not that I want to torpedo Axe's sale!)
It was actually a cool idea as a child of the 80's, but the parents didn't buy into it.
They tried to compete with Transformers and G.I. Joe. Didn't work out.

Nice dual Nuons stacked there... I'm drooling.

I had 3 till a couple days ago I sold a Samsung N501 with retail box and few games on ebay Im running out of space as you can see them sitting on the floor haha
Yeah, I was watching that auction. Wish my N501 had come with the box.

Oh, that's what the citizens of every country say.
To the guy running Chase the Chuckwagon, or GameGavel, or whatever, please don't ever sell the business to eBay. They need some competition... make sure you're there to give it to them.
That's what it's all about. Giving them a run for their money. Associating with a couple large International gaming communities will definitely help our cause

I'm going to hold you to that! I'm still hurting over Jeff "Sleazy" Veasey's decision to sell GameFAQs in spite of earlier promises to the contrary.
I'm guessing most people would sell out if offered 'retirement money'.
Of course I wouldn't!

-
And don't forget the sister site www.Vendazzle.com for collectibles, toys, and all your other non-gaming needs!

I think the new look for GameGavel is awesome!
Dude, nobody uses Vendazzle. If it was worth while Mike would never have sold it off.
Dude, nobody used Chuckwagon when it was new either.

This guy has way too many boxed Jaguar games.
And I am buying way too many boxed Jaguar games...

-
Very easy to deal with, packed everything very well, an all around nice guy!

I hope I don't start a flamewar or anything with this or reignite some old argument, but I picked up a copy of Tempest X for the PS1, and was playing it tonight.
I was so surprised, I think it is a great replacement for Tempest 2000 if you don't feel like hooking a Jaguar up!
I liked that the web has a texture on it, and I think overall it's actually a little sharper on the screen, easier to see what's going on. There are some differences with the enemies, no horns coming at you in this one, but there's some sort of odd alien thing that shows up. A couple of the sounds are different, but it does use the same soundtrack as T2K. A few of the webs are differently shaped, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Don't flame me too badly, I was a T2K fan back when the Jaguar came out, it's my favorite game ever. But I was really surprised by this $3 used game store purchase!
And it just might be a bit easier. I beat my best Jaguar score with this PS1 version on the 2nd try.

See if Kevincal sold his yet.
AX
Hm, didn't find that from some quick searching, and it's not on his eBay page.
-
CIB would be preferred, but it's not completely necessary.
There's one for $10 shipped on ebay (no bids), but I figured I'd ask AA first.
-
That's still twice as much as I'd be willing to pay for a magazine subscription!

Have you ever gotten a Retro Gamer mag before?
They're nice and big (UK magazines tend to use a large format) and I have no qualms paying $10 at the bookstore for one.
-
The Retro Gamer offer still seems to be open for subscriptions from the USA :-
Its £50 or $79 at todays exchange rate. Saving you nearly $4 an issue for 13 issues.
Well, that is awesome and something I wasn't aware of. Thanks!
I'm a subscriber now.

I just hope my mailman doesn't mangle them.
-
Well, I won't be getting the new issue for another 2 weeks, the store by work seems to get them about the end of the month. And I think that will be for issue 68.
Subscription wouldn't be cheaper here with the currency conversion rates. It's 10 bucks at the bookstore, and subscribing would be $127.
Ok, so it would be $3 cheaper for 13 issues... yippie.

-
*sigh*
This is what I get for not logging in during the work day and losing out.
Yeah, I posted 2 minutes afterward and still missed out!
-
Damn, I need a Gorf!
