  1. Heh, I thought it looked normal sized! Probably because I have the previous generation BFG 9800GTX, and it looks like it's the exact same size. BFG makes awesome stuff.
  2. That's interesting, I wonder if they have some IP addresses from your ISP blocked for some reason. I'll have to do some digging. ..Al Nevermind... My ad-blocking firewall was being too efficient.
  3. I don't know if it's this format or not, or something odd in my browser, but for the past 2 days all I get when clicking on any ebay links here is a 403-Forbidden from rover.ebay.com.
  4. The way I've rationalized it, the game was freely available prior to the controversy, it's still available now, and I clearly haven't accessed the material, I think there's enough actual disgusting child porn out there for the government to concern themselves with. I have no intention of playing the game I doubt anyone else does either, it's an interesting curiosity, that's all. Obviously you don't know how the government really works, even in the US. If they want to get your for something, they will. That game, according to US law, is child porn, no matter how stupid it seems. The fact that you haven't 'accessed' it wouldn't matter to any overzealous prosecutor. Possession is possession. Get rid of those things, and stop promoting them.
  5. Sweet room. I love the PBR Chalkboard! My game room also has a PBR sign.
  6. No offense, but you should be really afraid of selling that, just because of the ability of the government to say you own child porn. Personally I wouldn't even want that game in my house.
  7. From what I've seen online, I'd say $70 max on eBay. But who knows, try to go higher! Those are the early black non centering (and considered crappier) joysticks. As much as I wish my CoCo's were worth millions...
  8. I have tried to declare myself to be the CoCo expert here on AA, (because so far, I have the most CoCo stuff, and brought it to the MGC) but everyone's suggestions are correct. Cloud9 is awesome with the tested CoCos, you can't go wrong with him. There are also several different joysticks, the black ones, and beige self-centering ones, which had both one and two-button versions. I might go a little higher with the CIB if all the manuals are included. I can't imagine a lot of boxes are left. There's also coco3.com, probably the biggest site for the CoCo community.
  9. I remember being a broke college student and paying $35 more than I had for a NIB Jag at one of those computer liquidation fairs back in 1998. Should have bought about 100 more of them. Would have done better than my 401k has!
  10. Chicky, I feel your pain and sympathize, it's horrible going through this! We just spent $800 last month to get a tumor removed from my dog's mouth. The vet says it was malignant and will most definitely come back, probably within the next month or two. He's a 10 year old German Shepherd, his hips are starting to fail, and it would just be cruel to put him through another surgery when the tumor comes back. So he's just getting extra spoiled for the time we have left with him. He got his very own plate of ham and mashed potatoes at our Christmas dinner. Lasted about 10 seconds! Here he is with his tennis ball. He's a 'large breed', 115 lbs, people think he's a wolf.
  11. You haven't been here long enough to tell us how we are supposed to act here. That's Al's job.
  12. I'm guessing your bank may have opted you into their 'overdraft protection' racket. Where they give you the convenience of allowing the charge even though you didn't have the money available, then they charge you an extra $35 for that wonderful convenience, each time it happens. I'd check with the bank and raise hell.
  13. I hate the word "RARE" when used with E.T., or Combat.
  14. Hm, that's actually within reasonable driving distance for me. I've never had enough to be a reseller before!
  15. From what I heard, he used to buy/bid up all the Jaguar carts so he could sell them at higher prices. And obviously from his comment, he's definitely a jerk.
  16. Flawless transaction, would buy from again!
  17. You beat me by about a minute! I'm amused by that added drama!
  18. You can hold the thong on my order. Pretty sure they won't fit anyway!
  19. Thankfully someone made the panty joke before I had to!
  20. That's not really TOO bad, with 35 games. That's $20 for the system plus about $1.35 a game...could be better, but not horrible. I was more thrilled with the included B&W TV!
  21. Wow, that's even better than the local one I found today! http://stlouis.craigslist.org/vgm/1507440500.html
  22. Stupid work making me miss out on this thread! That DTV C64 would have been sweet.
  23. Dungeons of Daggorath is one of the best games ever! Quite possibly the first 3d first person dungeon crawler.
