  1. I really hope those rude comments weren't directed to me, there was no reason for them... I was just saying that why did they make it easier? for the kids????? Because I noticed that a lot has changed on it, like the heart meter feature....and the being able to save it.....

  4. question, and probably a stupid one....I assume Pitfall originally came with a booklet, right? where can I get some info on the game? help?
  5. I put this topic here because it's for my 2600 system, but it's the joystick in general (the original atari) I bought two joysticks at a local savers, both have troubles....I've taken one apart, some one has already done so, and had to put the stick back together correctly. Also, the second joystick I purchased, seemed to work fine, but after playing with it at home, it sticks and won't go left. Can anyone help me on these issues? also, when I go to buy used joysticks, what should I look for in a quality stick? are there any requirements for stick shopping? or am I just being picky? thanks!
  6. How much did the new switch run you? I think that is exactly what I need......
  7. I have a 7800 system, and with all my games, ie: pitfall, donkey kong, space invaders, pac man, pole position, etc. I get the occasional lines, snow and fuzzines. It happens more and more each time I play. I've cleaned all the games and the system. I've checked all the wires and still can't figure what is up. Can I get any advice? thanks

  22. hey guys, not very explainable. i bought this for $5 yesterday. its an attachment for a 2600 or 7800 (what i own) and it has slots for 6 games the two others are for holding, which connects with one cartridge thingy that you can push a button and play any of the 6 games. its way cool. does anyone else have one? the guy says its a "rarity" but it also needs to be cleaned to be used, help? it has narrow deep slots...any help would be greatly appreciated! -atarichick
