I print them on a 300gr thick paper at the printshop then I pay to hand cut and fold them

I know I don't have any such workable Print Shop(s) locally, however, I do live a few hours drive from Minneapolis & Saint Paul here in Minnesota, USA.  I think I could find a Print Shop there that could handle these.  If I can get them to print these, I'll just look at doing maybe a couple dozen different designs at one time. 

Printing to a large stock heavy paper and cutting, heh!  That's genius.  I guess I assumed you found a source for precut - exact size Atari XE boxes.  Then found a way to print theses at home on say a B-sized printer and then...  

I would still appreciate those pictures...
