  1. Hi all. I was cleaning out some office space today and found some Jaguar stuff I haven't used in ages. Anyway, decided I should sell it if I can. All carts are in really good shape and most boxes as well (the Protector box has two tears, however) No overlays except for Cannon Fodder. List is as follows and prices include USPS shipping in US. Tempest 2000 CIB $25 Raiden CIB $25 Protector + Native Demo CIB $60 Total Carnage CIB $60 Zero 5 CIB $60 Cannon Fodder CIB $15 Ruiner Pinball CIB $25 Doom CIB $25 Missile Command 3D CI $30 NBA Jam CIB $25 Attack of the Mutant Penguins C $15 White Men Can’t Jump C $12 Super Burnout C $12 Alien VS Predator C $25 I would prefer Paypal Gift for payment. Any questions, please shoot me a PM. Thanks! Tom
  2. I've got a pro controller (no box though) that I'll sell for $75 shipped in the U.S. Haven't played my Jag in years so I'd rather someone here get it at the price I paid than resort to Ebay.
  3. Don't remember the Nexus, but I've been here (off and on) since April 22, 2002. Wow! That's a long time. Holy crap.
  4. Thanks for the replies. I have checked cable connections, etc. and thanks to the diagram Zerosquare linked to, I've also closely examined the board and can't find anything. Guess it's time for another Jag........But I'd sure like to know what happened here.
  5. So...after years of not playing any Jag-related stuff, I've finally got back in the saddle and have been slowly rebuilding my collection. Bought a refurbished Jaguar and have been playing it without issue for about six months until last night. Sound's blasting through the stereo while playing NBA Jam and after about 20 minutes, I pop the cart out and stick T2K in. Only now, when the console boots - there's no sound. When the game plays - no sound. Tried all the usual tricks with in-game sound volume, etc., checked connections....and nothing. Tried other games with the same result. I've looked all over online and can't find a single mention of a Jag losing the ability to play sound so suddenly, so my question is: Could the hardware have failed this abruptly? And would the best way to handle the situation just be to replace the machine? For what it's worth, there was no power spike or anything when I switched carts and video still looks just fine. The Jag's hooked up with a third-party S-Video cable, btw. I also took the Jag apart and can't find any obvious indication of failure (burning smell or board damage.) Any thoughts would be appreciated. This is my fourth Jaguar since 93 and I've never had anything like this happen. I'm really bummed the sound is gone as I just scored a Pro Controller and picked up a copy of of Missile Command 3D that should be arriving soon. Oh well.
  6. I'm guessing the issue is a combination of your Jag and your TV. I've tried hooking my Jag up to my main Samsung HDTV with a third party S-video cable and I get the same exact pink issue. I couldn't stand how bad it looked and I took the Jag to another HDTV (an Insignia) and the colors were just fine.
  7. Woohoo! Just got mine today. Great job on the packaging Cobracon and thanks for the incredible shipping time! I just started poking around in the game and am pretty impressed. The video clips look great and it is fun to just explore. Can't wait to see what I can find! Thanks again!
  8. As to the "interlace" issue in T2K, it is not true interlace at all. I recall Yak mentioning on his own forums that it was originally planned to have the feature, but was scrapped - thus the jiggly action Zylon mentioned.
  9. That would be a good price. The CD player more often than not will cost more than that on Ebay, etc.
  10. That is SWEET! Echoing what someone above me said: Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy. Grats!
