  1. Great! I want one Really good news. I usualy didn't receive any responses from the big companies :/
  2. Yes. Some people do have problems to see the difference here. Producing a game with a copyrighted background and give it away free, will cause no problems. Make a bundle to sell it, could result in big problems. Renaming Bomb Jake (for example) does not save it from some copyright issues. Yes, I know. I tried to contact with Tehkan (BJ's copyrights owner) twice. Unsuccessfully. So I decided to make a small homebrew cartridges bundle. I know that this is a risk but BJ is a great game and I really tried to be fair.
  3. Nosty, you have any Hobgoblin or Robbo left to post on ebay? you should make more! I can't make more Hobgoblin copies cause I have permision from Dave Parsons for 70 copies only. I can make 50 copies Robbo Forever more (up to 150 copies total) but I have no free time now. I don't agree My 10-months old son is more important for me now
  4. Next two copies for sell: eBay Seller: nosty3 I have only 3 NTSC copies more.
  5. Thank you Philsan Congratulations Sheddy! Your game looks really amazing. SH is the most wanted Atari game now, so every publisher wants to publish this title. Unfortunately I have no spare time for my hobby at all. So I was forced to suspend my GR8 Software activity for some time. And I'm afraid the SH's copyrights belongs to Sega :/
  6. Hehe I had problems with setting shipping options and cost on US eBay 7USD is for AIRMAIL from Poland to USA not for rowboat It takes about one week, max to 10 days. So I believe you can enjoy the game before Xmas.
  7. Next auction (copy #24): eBay Auction -- Item Number: 110616165781
  8. Sound effect are available for NTSC and PAL. The music plays on title screen for both systems too. But the game automatically detect video system and turn off music during game for NTSC.
  9. This is very good price. Thank you but I can't. I'm sorry but it's unfair. So bid if you want please. Next auction - next chance: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 110616048546
  10. Hello, Finally, we made a working, stable and tested Bomb Jake cartridge for NTSC. Bad news is that the music must be off when you playing game on NTSC machine. I can compensate this inconvenience for players from USA and other NTSC countries by extra CD-Audio with music from game. The BJ NTSC version exists since a few months. But I have only 10 complete assembled BJ NTSC cartridges I planed to made next 100 copies but unfortunately I have no free time for my hobby at all. So I was forced to suspend my GR8 Software activity for some time. I'm really sorry. I really want to make more NTSC copies but I don't know if it will be possible. Maybe in 2011... I don't know :/ So I don't want to wait longer. 9 BJ NTSC copies (Extended Edition numbered from 22 to 30) will be for sale on eBay this week. The NTSC cartridge is black now for distinguish from PAL only version. I'll start one auction every day. Extended edition (EE) includes now: * cartridge compatible with NTSC and PAL video systems, * multilingual manual (Polish, Czech, English, German), * plastic card with unique copy number and Vega (Bomb Jake coder) autograph, * poster (A3 format), * postcard, * CD-Audio, * Corina cartridge leaflet, * box with colour dust-cover, * Bomb Jake tippet with embroidered logo. My ebay nick is: nosty3 My first auction: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 110615619934
  11. Someone want to sell for 200USD: eBay Auction -- Item Number: 170520533273 This cartridge is really rare in USA I suppose. But how rare is this cartridge in France?
  12. Atarimania says about this Astro Chase cart: "The cartridge version of the game was never meant for home use. It was designed for the Exidy Max-a-Flex cabinet (basically an arcade machine with a 600XL inside) and sold with typical arcade packaging. Unlike the Parker Brothers ROM, it runs on the Atari XL and XE machines."
  13. Really impressive! I didn't know that Zork I, II, III exists as folio version. Does all your folio games are for Atari?
  14. Thanks, but prices for Atari 400/800/XL/XE rare carts should be much higher IMHO. For example: Assalut Force 3-D - $50 (should be $100), Boulder Dash - $60 (should be $100), Karateka - $10 (should be $40 or higher), Fort Apocalypse - $55 (should be $80), Espial - $40 (should be $100), Summer games - $14 (should be $40), Decathlon - $8 (should be $30), Super Zaxon - $50 (should be $100), Topper - $35 (should be $100),
  15. Thanks to all who ordered the game! I still have 5 copies for sale.
  16. Hi, @Rhod - I'm sorry but this box is plastic and smaller than others. My last released game (Bomb Jake) was very expensive. So I want to make next cartridge as economical and rather cheap... This is not a standard, but just a small suprise for cartridges collectors
  17. Good work! But I have a few comments: 1. "Atari Games 1" and "Atari Games 2" http://www.pitfalljones.com/0800-cartpic-big/atarigames1.jpg http://www.pitfalljones.com/0800-cartpic-big/atarigames2.jpg are arabic homebrew cartridges. See: http://nosty.neostrada.pl/kolekcja/arabskie/Atari_arabic_multigames2.jpg I don't have these cartridges but I took this picture from seller from Egypt. So these titles should be erased from the list. I can make today 10 new "collectons" like this... 2. "Dawliah" is not a game title. This company (exactly: "aDawliah") made arabic Atari cartridges. I have 3 arabic cartridges and I have the pictures a few more. See my article (and pictures) about this: http://atarionline.pl/v01/index.phtml?subaction=showfull&id=1184283958&archive=&start_from=20&ucat=6&ct=wynalazki 3. I never seen these cartridges: "Europen Countries & Capitals" (Atari), "Music Box" (Atari), "Rock and Rhythm" (Spinaker), "Sammy Lightfoot" (Sierra), "Success With Math" (Atari), Do you have any pictures or sources of informations? 4. "Expando-Vision" - Stimultech Atarimania says that exists a few different cartridges from Stimultech: http://www.atarimania.com/pgelstsoft.awp?system=8&type=G&publisher=2042&step=25 I have seen 2 of these carts on eBay not long ago. 5. "Mr. Do!'s Castle" don't look as a prototype. I have this one. As Atarimania says it is a rare canadian release: http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-400-800-xl-xe-mr-do-s-castle_3569.html 6. I found "Hobgoblin' (GR8 Software) on the list. But GR8 released "Robbo Forever" and "Bomb Jake" too. http://gr8.atari.pl/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&task=section&id=5&Itemid=28&lang=en I'm pretty sure! 7. I have information (and pictures) about several others rare cartridges. I'll make a list.
  18. This list is very incomplete, same famous Andrew Krieg's list and others... Hmmm I don't know any complete public 800/XL/XE cartridges list nosty
  19. As I know there is no "abandonware" term in polish law. But sometimes the copyright owner can release his software to public domain.
  20. Hmmm... new Arkanoids... and Yoomp 2... What do you think about this idea? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFfxfu5J5Rg
  21. How about adding an Easy mode? I know some people who "hate" HG1 for being too difficult and I couldn't make it too far either. :-) I love very difficult games but maybe this is a good idea. I'll talk with XXL about it.
  22. We will test HG2 very carefully, I promise. So I believe HG2 will work on NTSC like HG1. Deadline is May 1.
