  1. Yes it is, so we are still trying to make it much harder! Much harder? I was much rubbish at the first game :-| I can't imagine it being more difficult. Trust me, HG2 is too easy now. Too many strong weapons, too easy way... We want to balance it only. Some people finished HG1 without immortality.
  2. No, no, Corina is too expensive for this game. I want to publish Hobgoblin 2 cheaper.
  3. Yes it is, so we are still trying to make it much harder!
  4. EEPROM Data Retention: 10 Years 10 years if the cartridge is unused for 10 years? Or 10 years after last time cartridge is used? Or 10 years after last saving? 10 years after last saving
  5. Hmmm maybe this is right person to talk about prototype games: http://myatari.com/ebay/sk.html

  7. Could you check that PAL is supported? Thanks.
  8. Great. I'm listening... I have sent the e-mail you...
  9. That was my first thought on the matter, and would work with the current version. Presumably that's what Nosty's trying to do at the moment with version 3.11. Hi, Yes, I have tried exactly this way today I have 128kB cartridge which works as Rybags described. So I put LW (renamed to AUTORUN.SYS) and DOS into cartridge. This cartridge can works as virtual readonly disc. The LW works fine and can use files without loading any DOS from disk So I have a first prototype od The Last Word 3.11 cartridge now And I have two different ideas how LW can works with cartridge... And I must talk with flashjazzcat

  11. Hello, Once again: I'm really sorry. I answered for all emails. All ordered Bomb Jake games are sent. Many thanks for your trust! Only a few people canceled their orders. We still working for NTSC patch for BJ. But it appears harder than I thought :/ And yes, Hobgoblin 2 and Yie Another Kung Fu are still on my list for this year
  12. Hello, I want to apologize to everybody for my disappearance. I was absent on the Internet for the last two months. I didn't read mail and forums. Worse, I took the money for Bomb Jake from many people and I didn't send the games. I'm really sorry. I can't talk detailed about reasons but I was very ill. Today I'm starting to read and to answer outstanding emails and orders. Thank you for your patience and trust. -- nosty
  13. It was my mistake Sorry. But bad news were yesterday. Vega works hard all weekend and today I know that these errors can be fixed We still have one problem only: with a music during play. But if we don't fix it I'll add CD with a music to the game. So, players form US will play Bomb Jake
  14. I wrote about Atari cartridges used in industry, like this: http://www.atarimax.com/technfo/cgixl/ or this: http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/146490-spectraview-1-and-2-info/page__fromsearch__1 But, what about these Arabic cartridges? I have 3 only (from Egypt) but see the numbers! This is definitely not a homework.
  15. I use Andrew Kriegs list too cause it's handy. But I can't find many cartridges on this list. For examlpe there are many Atari cartridges used in industry - very rare and unpopular. I don't agree with Andrew's rarity values. I use my own rarity estimation system based on eBay.
  16. Unfortunately I have a bad news We found some major errors in Bomb Jake played on NTSC computers. And these errors can't be fixed easy. I'm sorry. On PAL (and Secam) Atari everything is all right. So I'll send today email to everyone who ordered the game.
  17. You don't know what is in the box. You don't know a price... So, how can You pre-order this game now? Wait a few days more please. First bundle will be 100 copies: 50 standard + 50 extended edition.
  18. Hello, I know that Bomb Jake on cartridge is almost like Duke Nukem Forever but I have good news: http://gr8.atari.pl/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=93&Itemid=1&lang=en Almost everything is ready
  19. Hello, I'm sorry for delay in Robbo Forever shipping. I forgot that the assembly and packaging is so much work! Now I know that I have taken the orders and money too ealy. On Monday I'll start to send packages. Thanks for your patience. Sorry once again.
  20. Hi I recorded this movie I think 1084 is the best monitor for Atari 800XE, Sega, Jaguar, ST, Amiga, Saturn, CD32,... for everything I play. Do You know any good and uniwersal colour Atari monitor like this? About blinking bombs - try to play using only left hand and record movie using right hand at the same time ;P
  21. Do you remember this topic? http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=145037 Someone bought unknown ultra rare SpectraView 1 cartridge for $536! But he didn't make it to work so seller gave him a refund and SpectraView 1 is relisted now: http://tiny.pl/3b5s I investigate this cartridge producer. I found that Canadian company Compu-Cable Systems still exists but is renamed to Display Systems International, Inc. (DSI). So I sent email with kindly questions about their Atari products. And I received an answer from DSI president and Spectraview designer - Dale Lemke! He told me that all DSI Atari documentation and stuff (cartridges, prototypes, PCB, eproms, manuals, source code, etc.) is lost years ago Pity. But Dale sent me comprehensive info about Spectraview cartridges. I described this story here (in Polish, sorry): http://www.atarionline.pl/v01/index.phtml?...&ct=nowinki This is an essence: the original letter from Dale Lemke (with my few comments): [1] I suppose Dale mention Atari CX-77 Touch Tablet. [2] It must be memory banking simmilar to Supercartridge by OSS ("Action!", "BASIC XL", etc.). Compare to http://www.retrobits.net/atari/osscarts.shtml [3] This method sounds strange today but not in 1983... [4] If you put SpectraView 1 in regular (unmodified) Arari 800XL you also can see only these raibnow bars. [5] I suppose it means "Atari Artist" cartridge.
  22. Last time I saw 1090XL without cover on eBay about 6-7 years ago. Starting price was $1000 and nobody bought it.
  23. I had this problem and I asked Laoo for cursor + ctrl joystick emulation. He made it for me but it is an unofficial "release". So ask Laoo for this Atari++ version...
