I think the SIO2PC runs fine on the RPi ZeroW, which is a lot cheaper.

five bucks vs thirty bucks, not a huge deal in the scheme of things. But the Zero is way smaller, too!

RespeQt runs great on my RPi3. The r4 release runs excellently on an RPiZeroW as well. However, the development branch that JoSch and ebiguy created in recent months to add support for better printer emulation and loading copy-protected ATX files does *not* run well on Zero. Too much overhead caused by running the X Windows desktop stuff causes timing issues which screw with the copy-protection stuff. The Rpi3 or better handles it great.
