Looking to purchase any of the following: Frogger Tapper Tac-Scan Buck Rogers Phoenix Pitfall 2 Chopper Command Haunted House Spikes Peak/Artillery Duel Combat (never actually owned this one. I had a sears tele-games console) Kaboom Blueprint Reactor Empire Strikes Back If anybody has any of these they're willing to part with, let me know...

I think the Parker one is the same as the Nintendo, as I recall the Nintendo copyright in the PArker Brothers ads.

My 2 cents would probably be no on this one. Whereas Crytal Castles worked, that was a 3/4 perspective that required no scaling, whereas Tempest is basically first person and scaling of the enemies is vital. I just don't think the 2600 could have handled it any better. Maybe it could have with the supercharger however. I am impressed with the job Atari did on Sinistar. That was a darn good attempt. Xevious could have been a bit better as well, but still not bad. Needed the Andor Genesis mother ship though.

I always wondered what the label on that one looked like, if there was one at all.. Don't recall seeing it here.

An Ozzy hack? If the rom for Loco-Motion ever got released, you wouldn't NEED an ozzy hack!

I never heard of ANY term related to putting a quarter down. We just did it. I got an 88% I never knew about the 8 alien thingie on Space Invaders.

Does it allow both RCA and RF connectors?

I must have taken my hiatus when you went in to the hospital. I have noticed your absence but didn't know what you were in for. God speed and get well.

I'm looking for a switching device that will allow me to connect all these devices to my TV thru the RCA jacks. Anyone know of one?

If I'm not mistaken there is only a handful of 2600 games that scroll horizontally. Defender, Stargate, Chopper command... This is because of the limitied patterns that need to be repeated. Doesn't Double Dragon scroll?

Are you sure that sandwich wasn't done on a 7800? Look at the detail!

Raiders was an awesome game. I remember when I solved it, and when I finally unlocked HWS's initials.

I akes this question about 6 months back or so. I too am interested if anybody won it...

One game? Man you make this hard... I constantly played Starmaster, Chopper Command, Ghostbusters, Moon Patrol, Phoenix, Tapper and Tac-Scan, although I would probably say it is Reactor. Definitely the most underrated game on the 26. Graphics sucked, but the play was mind-bogglingly addictive.

I ordered 7800 games from them before, but don't remember any catalogs. O'Shea is good to deal with. I only did business with them once, but would do it again in a heartbeat.

If the local Radio Shanty err.. Shack doesn't have them, try their website. I know they carry them because I've bought several over the years. -
What I want to know is where is a good place in NE Illinois to look for games? Can't find jack squat down in Kankakee, and the Swap-O-Rama in Alsip isn't too good either...

That one was called The Englishman That Went Up A Hill And Came Down With All The Strawberries. It's on the King George and the Duckie tape. Love them Veggies. Haunted House is one instance in our society where less truly is more. The visuals are effective, and I love the Twilight Zone theme. Gameplay addictivly simple to learn, but can get pretty hair at the higher levels. Yea verily 'tis a classique.

[Other than that, I agree with your list] Barbara Streissand staring in Yentl, the Video Game! It was either the Expos or the Devil Rays. Us Chicagoans get enough crap for our sports teams. I may actually try to hack Tac Scan with the Pac Man characters now...
