  1. I’ve read that a few Imagic titles were released in baggies. Could this be one? Looked possibly legit.
  2. Pretty much any of them, but I’m looking for the overlay as well.
  3. Finally nabbed an Odyssey 1 Run 1 with the ‘Test Container’ designation. Outer box is quite rough, but the inner box is fine. Got a great deal on this one.
  4. Is the software for the MBX especially hard to find? I’ve had a nice boxed MBX for some time now that I was lucky enough to acquire, but still haven’t found any software. Granted I haven’t completely focused on it, it it seems hard to come by.
  5. Sorry for dragging out an old thread, but I recently picked up the Protecto Voice Synthesizer you mention above. Having trouble finding any info on it at all. Is it that tough to find and has anyone stumbled on documentation yet?
  6. An unexpected recent pickup that I’m extremely happy about. AtariAge newsletter Vol 1 #1. This completes my AtariAge run Hall of Fame scoreboard as sold in the Atari Club catalog AtariAge poster of the AtariAge #1 mag as sold in the catalog. Still with mailer tube. Also, 2 Swordquest Certificates of Merit for the entering the contest. I don’t think I’ve ever seen these before.
  7. After 41 years, my order from the Atari Club catalog FINALLY got here. Talk about snail mail! LOL! Seriously, an unexpected recent pickup that I’m extremely happy about. 8. Nice looking drive. That’s one thing I’m still missing in my collection.
  9. Here’s what I was after in the lot that someone else tried to poach after the sale.
  10. I’m assuming the to games are cart only?
  11. I never assumed I had a chance in the first place. The only chance I have at one of these is to stumble on one in a lot or someone not knowing what they have.
  12. That sucks. I know it happens more than people realize. It’s not right. You’re correct, there’s no doubt that is the same one. Regarding my deal, there’s a little more to it now. After we went back and forth when he cancelled, I pleaded for him to keep his deal to me. He ended up offering it to me for what the other guy offered (which was twice what I paid). I reluctantly agreed because it was something I really wanted, but not crazy about being extorted. So the deal went through and I should have it. Currently on a cruise so I can’t see it yet but the package arrived. Once I got it, I left bad feedback for his practices. He of course got p#$sed, but those kind of practices need to be reported.
  13. Actually Mercari, but eBay has the same issues. After winning an auction (usually a BIN), someone else will contact the seller and offer more for the lot or a single piece. The seller then will cancel the purchase and tell the original buyer something like he lost part of it or it was damaged All the while turning around and making an off eBay deal with the new buyer.
  14. I get that, but a person should have the decency to honor your commitment to the sale. That’s a big problem with much of this country today. No honor to commitments. Be it debt or anything else, we’ve lost that trait and expect others will fix it for me. I actually dont blame the seller nearly as much as the slime that tries to disrupt the sale by offering more. No respect for people that do that. If you want to make an offer before the sale, great go to it, but once the sale closes it’s pretty pathetic to try to influence the seller to back out.
  15. In this case the seller actually admitted what happened.
  16. I am so sick of people swooping in after a sale and offering more for a piece that’s already been sold. I purchased a nice lot last night with something I’ve been after for years. Today I get a message that someone offered him more after the sale and he’s probably going to do take it. He did offer me a Ms Pac Man in place of this rarity 9 cartridge though. 🙄 this has happened at least 4 times over the past year where my order is cancelled for the jacka&$ that offers more after the sale. Sorry, just had to vent since I can’t do much else other than leaving negative feedback.
  17. Yeah, I was unable to find this specific one in searches either. Funny thing is, I have a similar one for the Colecovision game Victory. They’re both made by the same designer (Jay Franco) who did produce this kind of thing back in the 80s.
  18. Here’s a recent pickup that I’ve never seen before. I was skeptical of the age in the listing, but looking at it once I had it, I’m pretty sure it’s vintage. Anyone ever see/have this? Sure looks like something from the Colecovision club. Did they sell things like this?
  19. $1700. Ouch, expensive mistake for someone.
  20. Yeah, I don’t it’s the real thing myself.
  21. There's a Cubicolor on Ebay at the moment that is up to $500 already I thought something was off with it since I first saw it. Did a little searching and came across this thread from 2018. Take a look at the auction below and compare to the pics above. I'm thinking its the same one. They conveniently left the picture from the back of the board off the listing. Am I right that someone is spending a lot of money for a reproduction? https://www.ebay.com/itm/266256660026?hash=item3dfe22363a:g:bAQAAOSwL1xkTnpH&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAAwFB8KdbQsRkZn5%2Fmz0HB31nRClgaFHgIXZgGAw%2BoNYM6aXsYj5n79R3ESQygwb7VVrLvAoKvP2atUJrQR7tkObWaDEEkjCntx0Fg2M8SMPw9FGr4Jd2VvB3DlaUUEAVys%2F9nfPXcUv2iCp8cWLsLlblYJA2b%2FvdPqRNF3smjAhPoMsZVQISfgNo8bC2wDoy3%2BnzRxykuDo1CgDqsv4L17hJyEzG6GDDAEt%2FTryNlrbAiT5wnizjbr6SMR%2Br9IlK%2FnQ%3D%3D|tkp%3ABk9SR-SUw82GYg
  22. I’ll try to check my SN 95 box tomorrow.
  23. Same here. I have picked up some, but I’ve been very choosy with my home brews.
  24. Did this get sold ahead of auction? I saw someone on fb mention it went for $20k. Seems a little on the lower side of what I would have expected.
