I've grown mine extremely long at this point, the plan, as I get it back to "normal" is to try a few..."odd" things, just for the heck of it, braids, beads, etc.

I could see walking around with a mullet for a couple days!

It's nice to see Gary Busey in something new. Points for it not being produced by Sam Seder, AKA that comedic hack who rode off of his coat tails.

Coincidentally, I added both of those movies to my Blu-ray collection within the last month ... but I haven't yet had time to watch either of them.

They both are in my top 3. "My Name is Nobody" comes in third. People do not like the campy scenes, but the rest of the movie is amazing!

My favorite Man with No Name film is still For A Few Dollars More. It's my favorite Western. I'd say TGTBTU is #2 and Once Upon a Time is a very, very close #3, then Hang 'Em High as #4.

Bet you can't tell I am an Eastwood fan. 

I heard that Queen Elizabeth II is next in line, and that she and prince Philip will be used for promotion that everyone should take the vaccine. Imagine the flop if she got very ill and possibly even passed away from getting the shot! Besides the mourning, a lot of the population would hesitate to follow in the Queen's steps.

My Dog is back home. She has a long recovery.  6 weeks of no ativity and a "prescription" diet. She is in rough shape but happy to be home. She has gone to work with me every day for the last 10 years, I can't imagine working without her. I spend more time with her than anyone....kinda strange.

I know the feeling.  Glad your dog is home with you, though.  I'm sure that will help with recovery.

So glad she is back home.  I hope she has a speedy recovery.🐕

I was suppose to see Van Halen right after 1984 came out, but I couldn't get off work. Apparently the show(in Oakland) was awful and lasted about 30 minutes. The entire band was too drunk to play. My friends were pissed off.

Apparently in this day and age, it's never too late to fire off 4th of July fireworks.  I hear them sometimes weeks after the event.

I got this neighbor who absolutely hates it, so I am compelled to light them off. Plus, his dog freaks out and I love watching that too. I know, I am a terrible neighbor/person but I just love his reaction!

This is such a time waster. One inappropriate phase leads to another and another.....

It is a boiler. It heats the radiant floors and also heats the "slave" hot water tank.  That is what the guy called the hot water tank, not me. 

The radiant heat is amazing.  

So, to be clear,...If ya got a hot water heater, then you still wouldn't have heat for the house in the Winter?

We have a boiler. It heats our entire our(thru the radiant heat in floors) and it also heats our hot water and stores it in a tank(like a hot water tank).

Out boiler is 25 years old and ready to be replaced. We have it working, but it is time to replace it. If it went out in the winter, we would have been screwed.

Try that.  I know it helped me when I had the problem of no hot water (during/after hurricanes).

I humbly suggest not taking a shower with cold water, just washing your head.

I gotta shower. I just dont feel right without one. Man I miss HOT water.

I hate to say this, but video streaming is the future. I can watch basically every movie from 1888-now on the internet for the price of cable, also, let's not forget about the free entertainment on YouTube.

Unless I'm mistaken DISH is headquartered in your home state and Charlie Ergen lives there (I don't know if he still does)...I used to work at the Uplink here in Cheyenne...Anyhow, ya might try them out, if cord cutting doesn't work for ya.  I now have DISH, Netflix, Prime, and Disney +.

We get over-the-air stations and a few others. We also have Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime. DirecTV tried to get $440 out of me when we left.....they failed.

I had to wait till the contract was up, and it was then AT&T bought them.  It was so terrible, even making an online payment became a PITA when they took over! 

I'm happier with my cable company now, I pay about the same but I have broadband bundled so that's fair...

Yeah, the DirecTV tech who came out to trouble-shoot our DVR said AT&T is the worst. Not sure how you get lower than DirecTV, but AT&T seems to have mastered it!

Just kidding. Not 5 stories........yet. When we bought the house, we did find a "hidden room" that was never finished(a year after we moved in). It was enclosed, no way in or out. It was never finished so we did put a doorway in and 3 windows outside.

I was giving away a solid pine tv stand. It was really nice, had drawers and pull out shelves for systems. I also had a Redbull cooler for $20. I must have gotten 20 responses on the pine furniture and 30 requests for the redbull. Both finally got picked up but man it was not worth the hassle. I should have taken both to goodwill. Some girl had me hold the pine stand, said she would be over in 30 minutes. After two hours, she says never mind, he husband doesnt like it.

Strangely enough, seems like the only thing I've ever won are coolers....I won a radio contest (national one) and they sent me a Gatorade mini cooler,  Then years later the liquor store told me I'd won a big Dos Equis cooler!
