  1. Leave the house to buy games? That is SOOOO pre-1995...... Sorry I'm still living my life in the 80's and forgot about that newfangled internet that you are refering to.
  2. You know your a hardcore gamer if...... -Your 40 years old and your parents still have to perform the secret knock before they are allowed entrance to the secret underground lair/basement, to do the laundry. -You are surrounded by hundreds of empty Mountain Dew cans. -You only leave the house to buy more games.
  3. I just sold off about 10 systems on ebay so now I'm left with: Atari 2600 Colecovision Vectrex NES SNES Genesis Sega CD 32X Gameboy Gameboy color Gameboy advance DS PS1 PS2 Gamecube Wii
  4. Thanks for your help everyone. Shawn Sr. I sent you a PM about the offer.
  5. This is my new high score I got while at work. Today was a slow day. 21,650
  6. Hold on and back the truck up, your telling me that there were games made before the NES!!!!
  7. No you don't have to have the game running to find the picture. Check and see what your default directory is in the options and look for it there.
  8. I would die to have bricks and planks in my house but the wife will have none of that.
  9. You can change it in the options/config files menu to whatever directory you want it to save to. I changed mine to my desktop so that I don't have to do anything to find it.
  10. This is my first time playing this game so I'll give it another shot later tonight. 9,175
  11. I would think you could get more then $10 for your NES. The SNES would be up to you. Are you willing to pay $60 for it? If you say you never see them then you might want to consider it.
  12. I would have to say that I am very impressed and in envy. I only have roughly 150 loose games. I'm not as hardcore of a colector as some people. I just want the games so that I can play them. I barely have enough money for my expensive habbit of buying loose games plus I don't have the room. Another factor is that in the military I move every few years and would be scared that my boxes would become damaged in the process. I think I counted that you had around 300 (+ or - a few) boxed games in the pic.
  13. You can put any Genesis game on the S&K cart and play a game. It won't be the game you put on but if you hold down a,b,c ,and push start then you can play lots and lots of brand new bonus round stages that are like the ones from sonic 3 and S&K. So in reality it does work to put any ol game on S&K. But I'm sure you guys already knew that. I used to love playing the bonus rounds when I was younger and got up to over level 200 doing this. They just keep going on and on and on.
  14. Maybe he didn't sell all of them and they are boxed up in some attic lost in time or they could have been destroyed. We will all just have to wait and see how this all pans out. It would be awesome if this turns out to be the real deal.
  15. My parents come down and visit me once a day. They have to perform the secret door knock first that way I know it's not the government out to get me.
  16. Check out my auction on ebay and don't forget to bid. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...E:IT&ih=014
  17. Well seeing as I live on an island without any big busineses except one teeny tiny little small wal-mart I can't just go to the store to buy these. But I do thank you for the info.
  18. I'm trying to do a mod on my NES and change the red LED to a different color. I was just wondering if anyone had a good site to purchase a different color LED.
  19. I 100% agree. If you start out shooting and don't hit anything then you just screwed yourself. Just wait until you can see what mess you are in and then do some quick shooting.
  20. Does anyone know of a good website to buy colored LED's to change out with the red LED in the NES?
  21. No the magic eraser doesn't leave any marks on the NES. It took off all of the crud that I just couldn't get off any other way.
  22. I cut the lockout chip yesterday and now my NES works even better plus I never have to look at that annoying flashing screen ever again. I also used a Mr. Clean magic eraser on the outside and now my NES looks brand spanking new. Next I'm thinking about changing the LED to green.
