After playing for 3 hours this was my best score 17,290.

They are not doubles and I miss them already and I havn't even sold it yet. I'm just trying to clear out my collection so I can concentrate on a few systems instead of having my collection spread thin over many systems.

I cut off the resistor and it still didn't work. Richard is working on it so hopfully he can think of something to make it work.

Did you buy the place out before you left? I bought as much as I could afford. That's the place where I got the majority of my collection from. I got my 7800 with 70+ games for $100. All of the games were 2600 games except for 5 7800 but it built up my 2600 collection which is what I care about more.

I used to go all the time to my usual spots when I lived in Ohio. One place was awesome they had all sorts of systems and games. I got my Boxed Atari 5200 4-port, atari 7800, Boxed Odyssey 2, Virtual Boy, and Nomad there. They had shelves upon shelves of 2600 games for between 50 cents to $1. Now I moved away and live on a little island where their is nothing but a wal-mart so my collection is all purchased on ebay.

cool! was it an easy operation? Did yours give you a black screen also?

I tried emailing richard but I have not gotten a response back yet. Do you have to flash the vfm.bin file to your VecFlash?

First I would make sure that the games contacts are clean by using alcohol and q-tips.

I can't get to a menu or anything when I put the VecFlash into the Vectrex all I get is a black screen. Does anybody have any ideas? Am I supposed to put a program onto the VecFlash?

I have a file on my computer (vfm.men) but it doesn't show up for me to flash it to the cart. This is what the instructions say: 1) Plug the cable into the PC's USB socket and the cart. 2) The computer will detect the VecFlash and automatically install it. 3) Run VecFlash.exe, making sure vfm.men is in the same directory as the games. I don't think that I have to flash that file but if I do It doesn't show up when I run VecFlash.exe. I have it in the same folder as all my ROM's.

I just got my VecFlash today and I plugged it into the computer with my mini USB and downloaded the files needed from the website. I flashed a game to the cart and thought everything was good. When I plugged the VecFlash into the Vectrex I just get a black screen. Is their something that I am missing?

The forums on Nintendo.com is full of people. The problem is most of the people are little kids acting crazy.

I have that game and play it on a regular basis. I also noticed that nobody else knew what I was talking about when I would bring it up in conversation.

I just downloaded the rom for this game and it is awesome! I might just have to buy it for my first homebrew.

It will do absolutly nothing! Just an old wives' tale that's all.

Well so far I have been playing all morning. I only have Mine Storm until my VecFlash comes in the mail. Mine Storm is such an awesome game so it should hold me over until it does arrive. So far my best score is mine field 11 and 147,880 points. Now I have to go back to playing so I'll keep ya updated.
