Oh, no. A surprise guest arrived. It was a tyrannosaurus with scary... teeth. Eyes. Teeth. It was a tyrannosaurus with scary teeth.

Dragonfire is awesome, good pick.
I second Atlantis, Montezuma's Revenge, Phoenix, Wizard of Wor, and Demon Attack.
If you pick up any homebrews, I highly HIGHLY recommend Medieval Mayhem. It's really pretty fantastic. Fall Down is awesome as well, though you should really have people to play with for both games. Medieval Mayhem is 4 player with paddles, Fall Down is 2 player. You can play them both by yourself and have plenty of fun, though.

I did no such thing! How dare you accuse me!

Yeah I just found out the 18 dollar one doesn't work at all. After I bid on it. Thanks, dude. Ah well, hopefully I get outbid.
-
Just curious. Also, is it worth paying 18 dollars for a supercharger that apparently has a mod to play bin files that doesn't work? (The mod, not the supercharger, I think.)
That's it!

Another great transaction. Great guy. Thanks!

I like the tac-2, myself.
As for where I get my joysticks, mostly from people on this site. Most folks here are pretty reliable.

picture of a million, billion atari games
See? CRAPLOADS.
-
I dunno, 150 or something. I asked this question when I first signed on here, people have craploads. CRAPLOADS.
-
I thought it was mildly amusing, actually.

Also, I fixed the console! The contacts in the power switch were not working. I switched them out, and it is now fully functional! HOORAY!

Eh, fair enough. Didn't see that one when I picked up the system. Guess I should pay more attention. It's not listed on the page, though. Maybe he looked it up and decided not to sell it?
Thanks, Shawn, that's helpful.
If I'd bought all these games individually, I'd have spent nearly 50 bucks as it is.

Or rather, boooo craigslist.
aaaaaaand the console doesn't work. I have no way of knowing now if I broke it or it never worked. I tried to replace the broken power switch with one from another non-working vader of mine, only to find the sizes didn't match. So I put the original back, only now it wiggles and the system doesn't power up. Hooray. 2 broken vaders. I love everything.

edit: No double ender. Not sure where you're seeing that.

I just went over and picked this up today:
http://syracuse.craigslist.org/vgm/1639927229.html
The system is dirty and the power switch is broken off, but I got a crapload of games, only some of which are duplicates. I'm a happy guy!

Have you ruled out the RF cable by trying a different one, if you have another one? I don't know if that's helpful, but worth a shot, I guess.

I'm not sure what to ask for them because I don't know what they're worth. Sadly, it doesn't look like you have anything I really want, but I'll be happy to sell them to you, if you want!
- Tom
edit: Just PM me if you do want to buy them from me so we don't clutter this forum up anymore!

-
They don't really look like atari mockups. They look like MS paint, which I assume they are.
-
I've got Choplifter!, Jupiter Lander, Kindercomp and Ernie's Magic Shapes. I don't know rarity or value on these, so I thought I'd check here first! I'm always willing to trade for atari stuff as well. ALTERNATIVELY, I thought perhaps I'd price out a c64, but it looks a bit out of my price range. So, that's that. Whee. ($5 dollars for atari commons? THAT OLD LADY IS STUPID.)

It sounds like fun but I know nothing about brackets! BOO ME!
