I'm in, and have been working on it.

Well, here's some of my 5200 collection.Allan
(salivates)
-
This is a crossover from the 2600 forum:
http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=103434
I'm excited because I finally found my first 5200 in the wild (2-port) (after having my original die a few years ago
)So I'll start:
I don't think many collectors have all three Redemption 5200 manuals..
-
Here are a few other little odds & ends I have laying around:1) All 3 swordquest Atari club T-shirts and 2 contest forms for each framed.
2) A Trix cereal box Atari 2600 give away contest.
3) 2 different after market Atari 2600 tables.
4) a Boxed copy of Missile Command from Polyvox.
All that stuff is amazing! I love that Missile Command box.

It was briefly mentioned in a recent thread that the Redemption adapter is no longer available at AA and a check of Pixels Past tells That it is only available at AA. What gives? I am anxiously waiting for my copy of Adventure II and this was going to be my next purchase. Please bring it back! If it is no longer an AA product, where can I get it, other than ebay? Has it just gone into highly price inflated collector status like the very expensive 5200 Wico with y adapter and the even more spendy Masterplay?
Sorry Boogie
Now it can be told.
The truth of De-evelution.
Duty Now For The Future means buying a redemption in anticipation of needing on in the future.
De-evelution is real!
LOL!
Brilliant.

If I sized it a little better, it would be more spot on. But you can tell that's definitely it.
Actually, that's not the right photo. This is:
It's one of a series of several very similar publicity stills from "The Outlaw Josey Wales". One of them was also used for the film's posters. If Atari didn't get the rights to use the image of Eastwood's character from the film, they sure took a big chance by doing it on a game called "Outlaw!" Anyway if you look closely, you'll see that the cartridge art is not quite a straight-on view of his face, but the photo from Rom Hunter is. This has been discussed before here at AA.
WOW! Sure enough!

I've asked this question and so far no one seems to know. But you could try getting in touch with Atari's art director, James Kelly:http://www.rimafineart.com/galleries/kelly/kelly_bio.html
I emailed the gallery several months ago but haven't heard anything.
Avram
Wow, I never knew he was the art director. That's very interesting. I'm sure he could shed quite a bit of light on who all the artists were. The art on 2600 Maze Craze (and some others, I think) is clearly signed by a J. Kelly, so evidenty he illustrated some games as well.

I found this before your second post, but it has quite a few:This site is quite good. If only we could get rid of the watermarks.
Agreed. I posted it becase you can click easily on each game, and I guess each disk image is available.

I made this goofy hack and actually burned a copy; my friends and I find it hilarious when the tanks slide off the track in ice race.
I hacked the colors to match Combat for the first two games. I made it more "icy" for the latter.
Just thought I'd share the ROM.
