Scratched screens on handheld systems

[Scratched screens on handheld systems]

I have a few gameboy and gameboy color systems, however the screen on most of them has noticable scratches. Is there any way of removing or minimising these scratches, or am I pretty much screwed?

[HELP! My MAME wont play some games]

I recommend just not using MAME for NEO-GEO games, or CPS1-2 either. Use Final Burn for those. The difference is great

 

I'm curious about the above statement, I have been running said games in MAME for ages and have no complaints, could you be more specific on the differences?

[Long shot: Paddle controllers for PC's via usb for use in mame?]

ahhh.. excellent, now all I need is to get my hand on some atari paddle controllers. Preferably new, but if not possible then some refurbished ones.

 

I tried looking trough the store, but couldn't see any. Any tips on scoring some paddle controllers, or is ebay my best bet?

[Emulators for atari 8 bits comps. Completely confused!]

Hi there

 

Just getting into the atari 8 bit computer scene, or more accurately 8 bit gaming. There are 3 things I would really like to know, sorry if I sound like a noob but I have never owned, operated or even emulated these systems.

1) What is the best 8 bit atari computer emulator for the PC?

2) There seems to be a lot of models of 8 bit atari computers, will the emulator cover them all?

3) What is the difference between XEX and ATR games?
