  1. Pro Wrestling and Tag Team Wrestling(Strongbads first appearance btw!) for the NES And Wrestlemania 2000 for the N64
  2. You're welcome. I'm still surprised how well they work and how inexpensive the device is it really saved alot of CD's and games i otherwise would have had to throw out.
  3. I get them here: http://www.digitalinnovations.com/products...at2=1&sub2=
  4. Thanks for the great replies! i never knew this lil critter could do so much i'll have to read that manual when i get home.
  5. To ship all that would cost a bit but probably not that much, look at some of the other auctions listed they have a small 8" tall angel figurine and shipping to PA where i live is $17.75 I ship UPS when i sell on ebay and they tend to be pricey but i find them better with tracking and insurance claims , thats one risk you take on ebay you many not get big bux for you auction so unfortunately folks pad the shipping and handling, they state in their auction they charge for shipping handling and insurance and none of that is negotiable.
  6. Very cool indeed please let us know when you settle on a price!
  7. Perhaps i should have read the manual better Thanks for the info!
  8. Used Game: $25 for a complete in the box Fairchild Channel F System with a couple extra games from a thrift shop. New Game: $49.99 for one of the Everquest Expansion packs
  9. Anyone else's Wii turning itself on randomly? I took the disc out last night and in the wee (no pun intended) hours of the morning the thing came on and the blue light around the disc opening flickered on and off till i went over and hit reset.
  10. Waitaminit!!!! you're not trying to tell us that Batman and Robin wasn't the pure gold must have title for the PS1??
  11. I haven't tried that version of the Skip Dr. but i do have the manual version with the hand crank and i gotta say it does work! I had a bunch of CD's that fell behind the seat of my truck and bounced around back there for awhile so you can well imagine what they looked like and after one or two uses of the Skip Dr. they work fine. I also had a copy of Gex for my 3DO and it brought it back just fine. The only problem i have run into is the resurfacing wheel, they claim about 50 uses out of it and i got nearly that many however when i went back to Staples to get replacement wheels....well they don't carry them in fact no one seems to carry the replacement wheels so i order them online other than that i'm happy with the product.
  12. Great pics! thanks for sharing with us. My first home computer system was a Vic20 we picked it up at a yard sale back in the early 80's for around $75 i think it had the computer, a bunch of accessories and a stack of books, i had a blast with that thing later i got the C64. I'm pretty sure the first game program i tried was "Flog" i think it may have been in the instruction book, it took forever to enter it all in and turned to be a golf game i think. Good Times!
  13. Haunted House Berzerk Yar's Revenge The Swordquest series
  14. Ghostbusters Easily my favorite Genesis game! I started out with the 2600 game...and it well and truly sucked. Later i completely skipped the NES version because after renting it i saw it was the same piece of $#@% with slightly(very slightly) better graphics . But the Genesis version is great! selectable characters, interesting bosses, cool power ups and decent variety make this a worthwhile addition to any collection.
  15. Deadly Towers..... no really i think it could have great potential like a a combo rpg/adventure game Design your hero you get so many points to add to his/her stats and choose a sub class of magic perhaps element based and add the ability to accrue more points that you can use to boost your stats.
  16. I always liked Nintendo it was a simple fun system and they had an incredible run but i figured they were done when the N64 got slaughtered by the disc based systems and i started to write them off then they tried with the Gamecube and at first i was excited that they were not dead ....until i got a Gamecube and its "mini discs" then it got over shadowed by the PS2 and the XBox and i thought they were truly down then the Wii happened and i thought "cool they are back and better than ever!" Sadly i agree with you and to further it they don't deserve to succeed with it they really don't , the first year it was excusable but now there is no excuse at all! i hope folks will buy the 360 and by this time next year there are stacks of Wii's down at Gamestop for $49.99 Nintendo deserves no less for this short supply crap. They are really screwing their fans big time.
  17. #1 Star Castle #2 Tempest #3 Blueprint #4 Xevious #5 Rampage
  18. Wart from Super Mario Bros. 2 Be-Bop and Rocksteady from the first TMNT on the NES Any Villain from Bad Street Brawler Yorgle..Yindle..Yo Yo . whatever the name was for the Yellow Dragon in Adventure The Noids in the Yo Noid! game. Soda Popinski from Punch Out! The Rhino in Spiderman for the original Gameboy
  19. Thanks for the replies.
  20. The thing i notice even among folks my age (36) is that if it happened before they were in high school it never happened, it's like history is a closed book to them and if it didn't happen in the last week it ain't worth knowing about. Some examples i belong to other boards mostly general interest and such and if we start a topic about something like music and i bring up bands like Alice Cooper,Black Sabbath,Pink Floyd, or even the Beatles they act like i'm in a time warp they (age range 25-40's) are more into current bands it just amazes me that they shun older music like it's irrelevant ,the rock section of my music collection has everyone from Bill Haley and the Comets to Cake because there is alot of good music out there not just what has come out in the last few years. On the flip side i was playing Adventure on my lunchbreak and the bosses 11 year old who has only known PS2, PSP, and Xbox was enthralled by the game and he had a blast playing it so maybe there is hope after all
  21. I finally got around to unpacking my Atari games and found Boing! it's loose and the label is a lil beat up if i were to maybe put it up for sale how much would it be worth?
  22. I never bought any game based on a review i usually read the review to get more of an idea about the game then i get the game and form my own opinions. I learned to not trust reviews awhile back thanks to Car&Driver magazine you will typically find alot of adverts for Toyota,Honda, and BMW and lo and behold which cars usually win the tests and comparisons easily?? yup Toyota,Honda and BMW
  23. 10. E.T. The Extra Terrestrial Atari 2600 - I remember the Easter Sunday i found this game in my goodie basket I popped that sucker into my Atari and proceeded to play the heck out of it, i didn't know it was allegedly a bad game i just knew i liked the movie and i was a grateful to get the game and once i mastered the pits it was actually a pretty decent game for the Atari. 9. Yars Revenge - I played this till the tendons in my wrists snapped shut like a steel trap i had the rhythm of the little cursor down and the timing to avoid the missiles to rack up some pretty impressive scores! 8. Deadly Towers NES - We never had a ton of money when i was growing up and when mom said i could get a NES and one game for my birthday i about went nuts so off to Childrens Palace (like Toy's r us only much cooler) we went and i got my NES and chose Deadly Towers, i was always a D&D fan so it appealed to me and even though i never got very far with it i was blown away by the sheer size of the game, the graphics, the sounds, the music it was all so much more exciting than my trusty 2600 and it's games (it lasted about 4 months until i was frustated enough to go back to my 2600 ) 7. Haunted House - This game is still one of my very favorites, the shock of seeing the ghost and having it come after me! and the lightning going off when i took a hit was just phenomenal! alot of atmosphere in this one. 6. Super Mario Brothers 2 - This one was something special (yeah i know about the Doki Doki Panic thing thanks to the Irate Gamer) I liked the fact that there were 4 selectable characters and each had a neat power years later i was pleasantly surprised to get this for my GBA in the form of Super Mario Advance. 5. Two Crude Dudes Sega Genesis- I loved this game in the arcades and when Sega brought it to the Genesis it made my day in a big way! The moves were cool, the voices were interesting and the bosses were great and the biggest bonus was being able to use the scenery to beat the crap out of the bad guys! 4. Everquest- Being a D&D fan this was a dream come true! online play against other folks, and the best part was none of the "balance" garbage that is so prevalent in Everquest II, my character was Troll and it only make sense that he be stronger than a gnome or dwarf. 3. Circus Atari 2600 - It goes with out saying any game where your "guy" hits the ground and turns into a twiching pile of goo complete with splat sound is just cool on so many different levels .....although i'm not sure why 2. Redneck Rampage PC- Whats not to like!! Ya got Mojo Nixon in the soundtrack plenty of beer, pork rinds and enough YEEEEEEEHAAAAWW!!!! to choke a horse! 1. Adventure Atari 2600 - What can i say? To this very day i play this game it never gets old thanks to level 3 and the goofy dragons just make it that much better!
  24. Congrats on your Wii! I snagged mine back on my birthday i drove to 3 different Wal Marts before i came across one.
