Yes that's me. I can tell you if this seller has anymore interesting items for Atari, you'll wait two and a half weeks before you get it. Paid with Paypal. Just got today. I think he wasn't going to send it until I filed a claim! Steer clear of the seller hiddentreasurespa!

I also agree that Spectravision games are in fact pretty good. I only own one, Planet Patrol, but it's great! Very fast paced, good difficulty curve, challenging on the later stages (the night stages can be murder). Yes, they should get more respect. Their cartridges looked cool, too.Gas Hog Sucks! I don't have any patience for this Spectravision gem.

i did and i love it. you use it with ms excel, so you will need that too. it helps you keep track of your games and boxes ect... and best of all, it computes a value for your collection, so you dont have to ask people how much they think your collection is worth

The Gauntlet was purchased from Shawn Sr. Has the ACTUAL Guantlet prom. There is a Malagai prom cart too. Gravitar silver label, Boing, Glib, Rubik's Cube, Mr. Do's Castle, Up'n'Down, Tapper, Crazy Climber, TCM, Pengo, Demolition Herby-Star Gunner-Ram It Color labels, Gas Hog, and River Raid II CIB to just name a few. Just trying to get your HONEST opinion.

Aren't they all that way? My old unassembled Quadrun box from the atari warehouse salvage had the 2 I's.According to some in this thread they say it's a misprint. I can also say I never really noticed til just recently.

It's pretty common. Alcohol and Q-tips. The greatest tools for the job.

Do use:
A box that is the right size.
Use air bubble or strips.
USPS packaging tape. It's the best. Wrap it completely around the box in like a cross like pattern.
SEND IT USPS w/signature conformation for high priced stuff.
DO RESEARCH HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST FIRST BEFORE SENDING!
Do not use:
A box that has been wet, bent or tattered.
Newspaper (This doesn't absorb any shock).
Scotch tape. (Actually happended to me).
Any other shipping service other than USPS.

Hey...I just checked my email on my [email protected] account...wierd thing there!?!Seems there was a 2nd chance offer to purchase a Quadrun from this seller...? I placed a bid on the 1st one on the 19th of October and the 2nd chance offer was sent to me on the 20th of October...?
2 things now...the Quadrun ended on October 24th and [email protected] is not hooked up to my ebay account.
Very wierd...I'd say...? I do remember getting a 2nd chance offer from "mabb" back when the Motorodeos and Ikaris were booming.
If anyone wants a foward of the email...let me know.

Uh, why has no one pointed out that ALL the Quadrun boxes have Atari misspelled, with two I'S?Oh believe me. It's been mentioned a few times in this thread.

I don't want to think that by me mentioning that these Holy Grail items might be not so Holy Grail be sold for less than they are worth. I feel as if I caused a conendrum amongst the guys who really bid on these items.
Its not your fault. Collectors always get nervous when Holy Grails are found in Sth America. I would be suprised if there are not more of these. They usually come is multiples of 6. 1 case alone would send the price down below $300. A few more and you'll be getting these for $50 before long. I find it hard to believe taht only a handful of these were sent to Sth America. There must be more there and either they haven't been found yet or the sellers are going to leak them into the marketplace slowly
I have also noticed that the items boxes have Atari spelled with two II's. Could be a Quality control problem too.

No it isn't. You can post whatever your ad wants to say. They only discriminate against the guys who bid high then only retract their bid to see what your reserve was. I know. Happened to me.
