I just mean the second one posted to eBAY recently and a possible 3rd boxed copy that I believe will surface within 30 days.

 

No way is the boxed copy on eBay a fake. Have you looked at all his other auctions? It was obviously a stash from someone who collected or who "bought one copy of each game to keep" back in the 1980s.
